Outstanding Home Great Owner Close to Beach

Traveled to Florida for Spring Break with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. This place is absolutely fantastic for a relaxing beach vacation. As others have said, pictures do not do this place justice it is bright and roomy and perfect for a family of 4-6. The house is well maintained and the grounds are immaculate, given it was Spring Break week we really appreciated the security on premises that kept things family oriented. It only takes a few minutes to walk the palm tree lined path the the beach making it easy to come up for lunch or snacks during the day. The owner was so easy to work with and accommodating and the house had everything you need including lots of towels, cookware, and kitchen items so you could make meals. Also just a short drive to Seaside which was great. Rosemary restaurants and shops are within walking distance and they all had great food, I recommend Summer Kitchen and Wild Olives. Great house and great value!

We had a wonderful time this summer 2011 visiting Parfait Lieu in Sunset Beach. This is a great spot... close to Rosemary and Alys. I recommend this for any group of 2-6 (perhaps more with little ones), depending on size of family. Unfortunately the ocean was extremely dirty (algae and seaweed), though that's what you get up and down the panhandle this time of year. Everything else was/is gorgeous. The owner was very responsive throughout the process and was helpful in addressing our needs during our visit. Great guy!

We loved Parfait Leiu. It was very clean and neat. Short walk to the beach. Slept 8 people with no problem. We loved the location and we walked or rode our bicycles every where we went. The kids enjoyed the plays at Rosemary beach and the outdoor movies at Alys Beach. The kids loved Shades Restaurant (it was kid friendly). We would stay at the house again. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.

We LOVED Rosemary Beach. Very family friendly. Everyone rides bikes and everything is very close and accessible. This home is located in the heart of it all. We loved the open floor plan--made it easy to come in from the beach and make lunch with the kids sitting at the bar. The security staff was very helpful and professional as well. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful home and location for a family vacation. The house is very clean, comfortable and in great condition offering privacy and all the comforts of home. The two car garage is a plus for car travelers with plenty of room for our SUV. The small gated community is well landscaped and maintained with a nice breezeway leading to the pool and white sand ocean beach. Though we have never had any problems or issues whatsoever, the community has a security guard which offers piece of mind to parents as the kids play and swim and to maintain proper noise levels, etc. Owner was very responsive to our inquiries and intent on our satisfaction. The locals are very friendly as are the neighbors and visitors to the area. We have stayed here twice and plan to return.

We stayed three nights at this lovely home for a Rosemary Beach wedding. Our experience could not have been better! The property is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved everything about it and definitely will return! You will not be disappointed with this fantastic beach location. Cal was a joy to work with and made everything perfect.

We spent 4 days in this perfect spot in Rosemary Beach. The house is so close to the beach (and we didn't have to cross the road to get there) even our 1.5 yr old walked there without a stroller. The house is furnished Ikea style with everything you could possibly need on vacation. The owner was also very helpful in renting a crib for us. The house is walking distance to the center of town with lots of great restaurants. Beautiful area! We can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed a week in this beautiful house with our two young boys and had a great time. It is located very close to all the shops in Seacrest and Rosemary. We walked down to Wild Olives and the Sugar Shack multiple times. The gated community was very quite and close walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend this house to family and friends.

We loved our stay here! The pictures online do not do it justice! The pictures make it look dark, like a cave and lacking in cheer. In actuality there were windows everywhere. The decorating and the color scheme were up to date and made for a serene and relaxing feel. Everything was so clean and fresh. My husband and I were there with our two children. It was a perfect set up for that because the children's room was down stairs. Once the children were asleep we did not have to worry about having to tip toe around not to wake them! The side yard was perfect for storing our bikes and beach gear and showering off. Cal was a pleasure to deal with!

The rental property was very pretty, with an open space upstairs, kitchen and family room combined... and all nicely decorated. I definitely recommend this property - and we'll be back hopefully soon. Beaches were very pristine (not spoiled with oil at the time of our visit), we even saw a dolphin jump in the ocean while we were body surfing fun waves. Nearby are a bunch of good restaurants, with Rosemary Beach organizing activities for the whole family at night, such as outside movies or live music.... It is the Perfect Place to relax... * Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? * What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend?

My family and I stayed here at here at the beginning of June, and we had an amazing time! This was our first family vacation with our twin boys (15 months), and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect, and equipped with everything that we needed. It was beautifully decorated, but not too cluttered...which was perfect because that was less baby-proofing that we had to do. The beach was only steps away. There are so many things to in the surrounding area. It was nice to be able to leave our car in the garage and walk to wherever we wanted to go. It was a pleasure doing business with the owner, and we will definitely be going back!
