  We brought a group of girls down for their senior spring break. We were very please with the condo. It is furnished tastefully and was perfect for our group. Good usage of space, with a spacious pantry that came in handy with 10 of us there. The kitchen table was a great size for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfy, each having its own T.V.. It was great to have the washer and dryer to do our daily load of towels. Tony had everything ready for us with pool passes and entrance cards. He had a list of places to go in the area. The condo is near the far right corner and was very quiet and private, no noise from the main front road. Beautiful views all day long and spectacular sunsets in the evening. There were plenty of chairs to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. This condo is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Panama City Beach area. The Walmart is very close when you have to run to out for groceries. You will not be disappointed. The Majestic Towers has great security. Checking passes on all who are coming into the buildings.

  The condo was a great property would stay again. Property clean and ready for use. Owner was great in communicating with any info needed. Would recommend the property to friends.

  The total experience we had staying in this beautiful 4 bedroom condo more than met our expectation. This was our first "Snowbird" visit to Panama City beach and our accomodations convinced us that it will definitely not be our last. We loved the views from the 19th floor and saw breathtaking views of the ocean, dolphin playing and sunsets. The glass doors to the patio in the master bedroom allowed us to go to sleep each night with the sound of the ocean waves. Every bedroom in the condo had a very comfortable mattress and top quality linens. The living area was tastefully decorated and best of all was sinking into the beautiful, soft Italian leather furniture. We expecially appreciated the cleanliness of the condo that had beautiful tile floors throughout. The kitchen also met all of our expectations including the fine quality teflon cookware and tableware needed for mealtime. The Majestic Resort has a wonderful staff and are constantly cleaning the resort and all of it's many ammenities. The indoor pools really were heated and the hot tubs were clean and hot. We also want to express a special thank you to the condo's management who made our visit pleasant from the beginning of the reservation period to our departure. If you stay at this condo you will have a wonderful vacation experience.

  My family enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The condo is even nicer than the pictures and was tastefully decorated. Tony was extremely helpful in describing the amenities and answering our questions, and it was very apparent that he takes great care of this unit. Everyone in my party of nine was extremely pleased with our stay and there was plenty of room for all. The condo had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Tony has high quality memory foam mattresses in all of the rooms that were above and beyond comfortable. This was the first vacation where my husband did not complain about his back hurting. The living room furniture was also very new and very comfortable. The condo building amenities were extremely nice. There were many pools including a large heated indoor pool and a hot tub. There were friendly security guards who made rounds often and ensured the building rules were followed, and there was a movie theater, gym, snack bar with Starbucks, and convenient parking. The elevators were extremely fast. We even had a tornado warning during our stay, and our family and others were guided by the front desk staff to the stairwell where they kept us updated. We also learned that in the event of an emergency the front desk would notify each occupant through a speaker system in the unit. My family went to Wonderworks, Ripleys, Pier Park, and Pineapple Willy's while we were at PCB. All were conveniently located to this unit. I recommend this unit and PCB if you are looking for a fun, comfortable vacation.

  We traveled to Panama City for the 2012 Ironman Florida and wanted a location close to the transition area. This condo was awesome and was in the perfect location. One mile from the transition area and it allowed our entire party to stay together and experience the Ironman as a group. The condo was in excellent condition with all the amenities of home. Easy access; no issues parking; safe; and clean. The property owner was excellent to work with in regards to reservations and was helpful in answering any questions. I would 100% stay at this location in the future.

  The condo was as beautiful as pictured, very well equipped and Tony was prompt to answer any questions we had. The pools were clean & well maintained and the beach was beautiful. The location is great with Walmart being a short distance away and the Shoppes at Edgewater just up the street. Not having to go through the "check in" process nor having to worry about keys was definitely a plus. My family & I will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to Panama City. Thanks for a great week!

  The property is exactly as pictured on the ad. Super clean, tons of space and great location to everything. Will definitely stay here again. Tony is super easy to work with!

  Condo was found as described. Easy access into condo, The fact that there is no "check-in" is a plus on a busy Saturday afternoon. This was our first time renting from an individual. He was easy to work with and resolved our issues. Facilities in building are well maintained. The pools were clean and always fun. All activities are within easy driving distance. The restraurant selection and night life are superb. Remeber to bring sunscreen and your own toilet paper, dishwahing soap and laundry detergent. WalMart is very close by though, for all supplies that you may forget. DO AVOID WalMart on Saturday evening though, as that is when the majority of the visitors arrive. The store is always busy, but worse at that time.

  This was an excellent place for a big family. Everyone had their own room. We enjoyed being close to Wal mart and excellent location for restaurants. Elevators in the building were fast and loved the fact we did not have to keep up with keys to the room.

  We had very specific criteria - we had to have at least 4 bedrooms, on the beach! We had 5 adults and a 3 & 5 year old. The unit was very child friendly which made the trip very enjoyable. Previously we had a unit with lots of glass tables and we did not want that again. Lovely views from the generous sized balcony. In unit full size laundry. We had a problem with wifi but reached owner quickly via email and resolved issue. (private pay wifi is available from resort as well - but I did not go to Florida to be on the internet!) Great location close to shopping, restaurants and most importantly THE BEACH! Resort facilities were plentiful and very clean. (pools, restaurant, lobbies etc). Units appear to be very well sound-proofed as we did not hear any carry over noise from adjoining units. The unit was very spacious - had most of the basics that average families would need -(suggest they add a toaster!) Full sized kitchen and expanded cable for tv use. Definitely worth the look!
