Three bedroom townhouse on Mayfair park sleeps 5. Beautifully furnished, this home has a study, patio, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 car garage. Kitchen, dining area, living room on first floor, master bedroom with king size bed that can be changed to two twin beds and study upstairs, 2 downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a twin bed. House has 2.5 bathrooms. The house has cable TV and is furnished with modern and antique furniture.

The Mayfair neighborhood is 5 minutes from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, 10 minutes from Cherry Creek, and 15 minutes from downtown Denver. It is a 30 minute drive from Denver International Airport, 1.5 hours from Breckenridge, and 2 hours from Vail.

It is a non-smoking house. Pets will be considered.
