  I cannot say enough good things about this house! Having vacationed in LBI for almost 15 years and in numerous houses and numerous locations, I can say that this house is by far the best in LBI! Not only is the house right across from the bay, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could want, but it is walking distance to a beautiful stretch of beach, the grocery store, bagel shops, bakeries, miniature golf, etc. We have rented the home for four summers in a row and plan to keep renting it. The owners are also very warm and wonderful to work with, and we couldn't recommend the house more!

  If you are looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable house with a relaxing atmosphere and great location this is the place. My family vacationed here and had a great time. The Beach is close and the bay is right across the street. My boys fished and crabbed close enough that I could watch them from the house! The view is spectacular, espicially during the sunset. I recommend this house very highly and look forward to staying here again.

  We’ve stayed in this house each of the last three summers and each time has been a great experience. It’s a short walk to a very nice beach and shopping/grocery is all within walking distance. The house is large, modern and immaculate. The owners have done a very nice job of keeping it clean and looking like new. There’s plenty of room in each of the five bedrooms and there is a large living room and a family room. We easily found everything we needed in the kitchen and also used the gas grill in the yard several times. Right across the street is a dock on the bay where you can fish, crab or rent kayaks or jet skis. The house has three decks, and watching the sun set over the bay at the end of the day is something you’ll never forget. I would highly recommend this house.

  The house is a fabulous space for families large and small to be together for a memorable LBI vacation. The house is brand new, has a fabulous open plan kitchen/family room, and plenty of large bedrooms. We love the fact that there are two master suites, which suited our situation well. The other bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, no one feels like they got the small room because there arent any! There are two family rooms for all to find a space to relax and chill out. The bay views are amazing - right over the bay and the sunsets are spectacular from one of two front decks or the lovely rooftop! The outside space is perfect for BBQ and the shower makes beach clean up easy, even the garage is finished so that you feel like you are inside the house immediately on entering. We found the location perfect - just a very short walk to the guarded beach, and its convenient to a light for safe crossing of the Blvd. There is also a bay beach a short ride away for a change in location. Everything is provided - fabulous appliances and great kitchen bar area make for lovely family meals. Would recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable and memorable LBI vacation.

  This house is fantastic. It is clearly a place that the owners use for vacations with their family. It is impeccably maintained and includes all of the modern appliances that any family would want to use. The location is terrific. The owner's description of spectacular bay views is not an exaggeration. My favorite spot and activity was to sit on the first deck in the morning with my coffee, a donut from around the corner and a book and watch the bay wake up before my family woke up. However, watching the sun set at the end of a day on the beach over cocktails from the rooftop deck was my second favorite spot and activity. This place is also huge. The bedrooms are giant and the modern bathrooms are great. There is a very large kitchen table that we sat around for hours in the evening. If LBI is your place, you should stake your claim on this house. I guaranty that once you rent this house you will keep coming back.

  We we lucky enough to stay at this home over the July 4th weekend and it was fantastic! We were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck and we saw fireworks from up and down the NJ coast! Definitely an unforgettable July 4th for our family. The house is perfect for a beach vacation - the gorgeous bayfront views from every floor of this house make it the perfect place to kickback and relax. It's a short walk to the beach, area restaurants, shops, etc. You really don't have to drive anywhere once you get there. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. My kids loved crabbing off the pier in front of the house and the sunsets were amazing. We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay here -- trust us, you won't be disappointed!!!

  This place is fantastic. Easy access to a great beach, wow inspiring sunsets and a very roomy, comfortable place to eat, drink or sleep. If LBI is your place, you cannot do better than this house. Clearly the owners use this house for their vacation place with their family. It is impeccably maintained, very nicely furnished with every modern appliance and spacious enough that everyone can get some space at the end of the week. My favorite place to sit was the first floor porch where I could watch the activity on the bay in the morning with my coffee and the morning paper. Of course, the top floor deck at sunset with a cocktail was pretty nice too. This is not roughing it - this is living at the beach in the lap of very comfortable luxury.

  Set your SmartPhone for sunset time. You won't want to miss it from the 3 decks of this spacious home. It is spectacularly decorated with a unique view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The home is located within blocks of shopping and restaurants but secluded from the traffic congestion and noise from Long Beach Avenue. We have stayed here twice and the home is well appointed with TV's, kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, etc. The owners are great to deal with....very responsive and reasonable.
