Nestled on Southern Dunes 4 star championship golf course, our villa occupies a prime plot overlooking Lake Joe, completed in December 2005 and upgraded furniture package we are proud to offer our outstanding villa for short term rental.
The ideal location for Disney theme parks and shopping malls, with golf on the doorstep, we even have a kiddies play area at the end of the street and a superb clubhouse offering meals.
Walmart sits at the entrance to our 24 hour guarded and gated community with many restaurants and fast food joints. Our villa has a comfortable family room just off our well equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 and 2 at the serve over counter, the pool and deck area are through patio doors, so you can dine and look at the view or pool area.
On the lower floor we have a Queen bedroom with a bathroom just off and patio doors to the pool deck. The first floor comprises our huge master suite with ensuite and king bed, 2 additional twin bedrooms with adjoining bathroom complete our luxury home.
Just bring the toothbrush and the golf clubs for fun in the sun! Beaches are Cocoa Daytona to the east about 45 minutes and the warm waters of the gulf of Mexico and Clearwater to the west 45 minutes. We are truly in the heart of it all! |
