This fully furnished, stylish home features a great room with high ceiling and overlooking the golf course and mountains beyond with sunset views. The largest mall in Arizona is located four miles and 2 spring training camps, five miles east & west. Pool and clubhouse are nearby next to golf pro shop. The pool is .8 mile and there are two bikes in the garage.

The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Coyote Lakes Golf Community, security drive by at night, older "empty nester" community, but no age restrictions. Very peaceful and centrally located between Sun City and Sun City West with all of their amenities, there are many great restaurants and large markets nearby, many theaters and shopping centers nearby also.

All linens furnished, need only to buy groceries! Has blender, mixers, toaster, coffee pot, a great quantity of dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, board games, and many magazines... a real "home away from home." Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third one has a full bed. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking in home please.
