This 8th floor condo at Casa Bonita I #804 provides you with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of beach to walk just outside your door. Complete with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
The beautiful custom cabinetry, in the fully equipped kitchen, will inspire your cooking. Here you’ll find everything you’ll need for preparing meals during your stay. Enjoy dinner on the lanai watching the sunset over the Gulf or in the formal dining room area.
The living room is large, spacious and comfortable. Curl up with a good book at the end of your day, or watch your favorite TV show. Spend endless hours on the large screened in lanai watching the Gulf of Mexico and stunning nightly sunsets. Ceramic tile in the living and dining room blend into the carpeted and spacious master suite. There is a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests if needed.
Slumber serenely at the end of day on the queen size bed in your master suite. Catch a late night movie on your in-room TV before retiring for the evening. Let the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico lull you to sleep. Wake to an invigorating shower in the full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom faces inland and offers views of the multi-million dollar homes on Hickory Island. It has two twin beds, which can be converted to one king size bed, in-room TV, and a full guest bathroom in the adjoining hallway. Both bathrooms have been recently updated. There is also a pack-n-play for a little one if needed.
Your own private in-condo washer and dryer are in the unit, as well as a wet bar for entertaining.
Casa Bonita also offers a large in-ground, heated swimming pool beachside, along with a gas BBQ grill, shuffleboard courts, and a beautiful common room with library and games for your use.

Just a 2-5 minute drive to the north you’ll also find Lovers Key State Park Beach and Fort Myers Beach. Going south of Bonita to Marco Island you can take in the Swamp Buggy Races, head to Naples for shopping on Fifth Avenue, or go further south to the Everglades for an airboat tour. Numerous shops and restaurants abound right outside your condo door or just a short drive.
