| The house is in Riomaggiore, the most souther of the five villages in the "Cinque Terre." It is located in the historic village center adjacent to the main church and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the entire village.
The typical vertical Ligurian house, painted with the characteristic pastel colors of the coastal region, has recently been restored and divided into three separate apartments. The house can be rented also in part: in fact each apartment has an independent entrance. The house is a five minute walking distance to the sea and the marina, train station, restaurants, shops, and the local hiking trails that connect each of the villages, including the romantic "Via dell'Amore."
Riomaggiore is located on the main north-south train line that runs along the western coast of Italy:local trains make almost every local seaside town easily accessible. |
