  The property is located in a gated community which is always a big plus no matter where you are. There is a great pool (actually even more than one) but we used the main one because it was large and had the eating area - with the kids thats always good. The Seven Seas beach is walking distance away, but because there is no pedestrian walkway to get there, we drove - the drive is less then 5 min, and for $5 bucks you can leave your car in a secure parking lot. The place itself was very nice and convenient for us. There is a master bedroom with a master bathroom, 2 rooms with bunk beds and one more room with a sofa (but that room does not have airconditioner, so no one in our group could sleep there). There are also 2 more full bathrooms. The place itself can probably use a bit of an upgrade - washer was leaking water - but for a week's stay it is fully acceptable. Since we travel with kids, we did laundry a few times, and always had to insure to clean the water from the floor so that it doesnt leave mold. It was a bit dirty when we came in and had ants in the kitchen and by the second bathroom. I think the kitchen ants are due to the fact that over time people leave food, and it doesnt get tossed out. But overall I think it is a good place in a good location. Dealing with the owner was really nice - he was very responsive and just very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

  Nice clean condo Spent 10 nights there. Nice pool and hot tub, Marisela, the manager, met us and we enjoyed talking with her about PR. Ease of check in and out. Gated community, they are are not going to let you in if you don't belong there. The AC in the 2 smaller rooms were noisy, take earplugs, which we do when we travel anyway, never know when you will need them. You will need a car, we rented from Budget online, got a very good deal, take your GPS, will save you lots of time. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport, rush hour was a bumper to bumper crawl, so add an hour to your estimated time needed. Needed a few more forks and coffee cups, mentioned that to Marisela. Had the appliances we needed for cooking. Enjoyed our stay. Missed wifi, but hey, good to get away from internet for a while. Large grocery store and a Walmart to cover your needs, at the traffic light intersection as you arrive in Fajardo. Would recommend this condo.

  Marisela met us just off the main road and we followed her to the unit. It was beautiful, spotless and well maintained. The entire gated community was beautiful, clean and empty...we were practically the only ones there. People kept saying that Christmas is high season in Puerto Rico; but you could not tell from where we stayed. That was a wonderful treat. The only complaint we have about the condo is that the 4th bedroom really isn't a bedroom. The bed was a futon and there was no air conditioning. Fortunately I have a college aged son and he wasn't too upset about being assigned to that room. The condo was close (within a 30 minute drive) to most things we wanted to do. We recommend driving through the Yunque Rain forest as well as ziplining and rapelling in the rain forest. There were 2 excellent outdoor restaurants on El Avenida Conquistador (Conquistador Avenue) on the way to the condo. The food and atmosphere were awesome and authentic Puerto Rican; but the prices were outrageous. We spent $245 for 6 people. The food was very good, but not $40 per person good. There was a grocery store and 24 hour CVS close by. If you have "tummy issues" and are wary about trying new foods, you could find almost every fast food restaurant that we have in the states, as well as several sit-down restaurants, such as Chilis, less than 30 minutes from the condo. Go see the fort and lighthouse in Old San Juan; but avoid that area "like the plague" on the weekend. If I had it to do over, I would park at the Castillo San Cristobal (1st hour is free, then $2/hr), then take the trolley to the El Morro lighthouse. From there walk a few blocks to shop Old San Juan. When you're ready to leave, walk back to the El Morro lighthouse and the trolley back to the fort and your car. Just keep an eye on the time to be sure you get back to your car before the fort closes. If you go on a weekday, we were told that there are 3 underground parking garages in/near Old San Juan. If we did not have so many places to see on our bucket list, we would go back to Fajardo, Puerto Rico and rent from Roberto and Jackie. Have a great trip.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The owners could not have been nicer. They met us at a local landmark so we could follow them to the property and not get lost. They showed us around the condo which had everything we needed and was spotless. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The pictures are exactly what the condo is like. The rooftop deck was a great place to have breakfast and and appetizers before getting ready to go out for dinner. The satellite TV was helpful since it was March Madness. The property is well-maintained and safe. The owners even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location was walking distance to the Seven Seas beach and a short drive to great restaurants, the Bio Bay, the Ferry to Culebra/ Vieques, El Yunke and the beaches in Luquillo. From Fajardo, we went on to Old San Juan. It turns out we left some clothing in the dryer when we left Fajardo. The owners met us in Old San Juan to give us what we had left behind. Again, the owners could not have been nicer!

  From the first correspondence we had with the condo owners Jackie and Robert until the moment we left, everything was as good or better than we expected. This condo is fantastic! We truly enjoyed our stay there very much. We loved the location. We loved the amenities at the condo and the fantastic views from the balcony and private terrace. We loved how peaceful and quite and safe this place is and yet so very close to so many of Puerto Rico’s funnest places to enjoy. We felt like we were in our own home away from home. Jackie and Robert delivered everything they promised us and their condo is clean and beautiful. We feel like this is our secret hideaway now and we don’t want to share it with anyone except with our friends and family. We can’t get back there soon enough and hope to be back sooner than later. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 but for the price it would be wonderful for a honeymoon or second honeymoon for a couple of only 2.

  Spectacular in every sense!!! The condo was beautiful, the owners have snorkeling gear, tennis rackets, board games...all of which kept our 10 and 7 year olds entertained when they weren't swimming in the awesome pool! We ventured out to Las Croabas for some delicious local cuisine, swam at the beach, followed trails to breathtaking waterfalls in El Yunque, went ATVing, toured the Governor's mansion (gardens only), visited shops in Old San Juan and just had a terrific time! Jackie & Roberto (the owners) were very friendly, responsive and even left us a folder filled with brochures of things to do...which definitely came in handy! Looking forward to our next visit, highly recommend Jackie & Robert! - Happy Family in VA
