This gorgeous, Tuscan villa is located in the Superstition Mountain Country Club, which a Lyle Anderson development. This area is home to some of the most beautiful views on earth.
This home was originally furnished and used to attract clientel to become property owners in the country club. The upgrades in the home are top of the line. The furnishings are exquisite and are definitely old world tuscan style. There is gorgeous artwork throughout the home.
Downstairs are three bedrooms, one room with two twin beds and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The upstairs suite was used as a separate unit. It has a king bed, with a wall unit of cabinets that houses a mini bar refrigerator. There is a great patio with comfortable seating and fireplace off the room for enjoying the views and romantic evenings. The bathroom off this suite is done in granite and comes with a shower.
The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, mircrowave, stove and all the kitchen supplies you will need to prepare meals. The dining area is right off the kitchen. Just outside the living room area is the outside patio with extremely nice furnishings and fireplace.
There is a two car garage with electric garage door opener. The courtyard leading up to the front door has a gate.
You will love taking walks around this spectacular community. For your added enjoyment there is a small putting area as you enter the Villas.
This home is perfect for one couple, family, group of golfers, or two couples who want to share expenses.
You do have to be a member to take advantage of the golf, tennis, fitness center, swimming pool and clubhouse which are located in the country club.
