Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, master bath and cable Color TV/VCR. Front and back screened in porch, with a closet on the back screened porch. Sliding doors to private balcony off of bedroom. Second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and master bath. Living Room has Queen-size sectional sleeper sofa, Cable with HBO, 25 inch TV with DVD and VCR, and ceiling fan. French doors open to rear screened porch, with table and chairs with seating for 4 to 6.
Fully-equipped Kitchen and all of your cooking and baking needs. Washer and Dryer inside of unit. Dining Room with seating for six, along with bar stools at breakfast kitchen counter. Outdoor Pool with large sundeck. Indoor Heated year round Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi, with connecting outdoor deck, for additional sunbathing. Outdoor showers, grills and picnic tables on property.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Must be 21 years of age to authorize rental.
* No motorcycles or pets permitted.
* No smoking in unit or on balconies.
* 1/3 of agreed upon rent due upon booking.
* Generally, Check-in 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Check-out 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
* Rental fees include departure cleaning.
* 2 sets of linens are provided and additional linens can be made available at an additional charge upon request.

My fiance and I stayed in this place for 2 months this summer. We cannot tell you how happy we were. The place was clean and spacious, had a great balcony, and had all of the supplies we needed (kitchen, bathroom, sheets, towels, etc.). The outdoor and indoor pool were kept in great shape, there were plenty of grills to use, and lots of seating by the pool. There was even a shaded area for my grandparents when they came down to visit by the pool. We loved the place and we definitely rent it out again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
