I absolutely loved the location. Fresh air, privacy and a lovely view. The home is perfect for a getaway nestled in the Jericho Valley of the rolling hills of the Berkshires. Everything is new and the owner is wonderful and accomodating. My wife and I can not wait to go back for another month. Thanks Bernie.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Home is beautiful, clean and well kept. We had a small family reunion and it worked perfectly. The queen beds in all 4 bedrooms are great. Great value for the size. Would not hesitate to rent again.

We rented Bernie's wonderful house for a little reunion with my high school best friend, her husband, and our children. Bernie's home was beautifully maintained, and it was obviously a place he cares a great deal about. When Goolge Maps got us completely turned around, his contact person was great about helping us arrive. The night sky was beautiful, and it was the perfect little weekend get away!

For peace and quiet this house can't be beat. Everything is spotless and like new. Layout is great for allowing some to watch TV and others to have a quiet place by the gas fireplace (nothing like being able to just flick a switch for your fire).

What a great mountainside spot and location for access to Mt. Greylock and the Berkshires. This house was perfect for our group of gal pals for a long weekend of hiking and friendship. It is clean, comfortable and cozy in a serene setting - just what us flatlanders need when we escape from urban stress. Do rent this house... you will be very pleased!

This is our third time staying here and our first in the "summer". Eating breakfast on the porch is heavenly. As always the place was spotless. Unlike alot of other places this is not a musty home in the woods or an outdated home. Very modern and open layout and the 2 and a half baths come in handy with a family of girls.

I cannot believe the 9 weeks we rented your house are completed already. We had a great ski season. All three of my kids skiing improved dramatically and Hillary and I had so much fun. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed renting your house for the season and would like to rent it again next season if it is available.

My wife and I were born & raised in the Berkshires. This was our first trip "Home" that we needed to rent a place to stay. We couldn't have chosen better. A beautiful modern home with all of the ammenities. Located in a beautiful wooded setting. The next time we return "home" we will be renting this property again. I highly recommend it.

My wife, parents, and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in western MA in late July. Bernie's home is wonderful, and he was professional and prompt in all of his correspondences. I will definitely come to him first the next time I plan a vacation in western MA!

My family and I stayed here in July and had a great time. The place is spacious, newly built (2005); it had all the modern amenities one could need or desire while being tucked away and quiet. The owner was pleasurable to deal with and helpful with directions, etc. In terms of activities there is swimming at Pontausac Lake, many kids activities at Jiminy Peak (a couple of petting farms nearby), some hikes--a bit for everyone. We had a peaceful vacation and would come back again.
