Let the owls lull you to sleep at night and in the morning look for deer, wild turkey and unusual birds.

Located less than two miles from Jiminy Peak Resort and a short drive from Berkshire County,there are many activities and adventures for all. After a day of recreation,relax in the master bathroom whirlpool tub or snuggle up to the quaint gas stove in the living room.

The upper level has full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms with queen size beds and one full and one half bath. The lower level walk-out includes a recreation room, two large bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath. The open floor plan and hardwood floors enhance the beauty and warmth of this house.

  • My wife and I were born & raised in the Berkshires. This was our first trip "Home" that we needed to rent a place to stay. We couldn't have chosen better. A beautiful modern home with all of the ammenities. Located in a beautiful wooded setting. The next time we return "home" we will be renting this property again. I highly recommend it.

  • My family and I stayed here in July and had a great time. The place is spacious, newly built (2005); it had all the modern amenities one could need or desire while being tucked away and quiet. The owner was pleasurable to deal with and helpful with directions, etc. In terms of activities there is swimming at Pontausac Lake, many kids activities at Jiminy Peak (a couple of petting farms nearby), some hikes--a bit for everyone. We had a peaceful vacation and would come back again.

  • Our family rented this beautiful home for a weekend celebration marking our daughter's graduation from Williams College. The location is idyllic, surrounded by mountains and greenery, yet close to all necessities. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the utensils, appliances and dishes one could possibly need. The owners are friendly, thoughtful and helpful. We have recommended this rental to all our friends and family. We will return.
