The Foothills at Thousand Hills is located in the heart of Branson and offers easy access to all Branson has to offer. We are about 1.5 miles from Branson Landing.
This is not a typical rental. You will feel like a special guest in a friend's home. There is nothing quite comparable in the Foothills complex.
This spacious condo getaway overlooks Thousand Hills Golf Course. Enjoy the balcony and watch the golfers as they make their way down the course.
Our upscale Tuscan inspired condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse and is the perfect location for your Branson vacation. It is located on the upper level so you don't have to worry about any noise from above disturbing you.
There are indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub at this quiet resort. All are located directly across the parking lot from the front door of the condo.
The bedrooms are outfitted with pillow top king size beds that you will sink into. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area with a memory foam mattress.
Both bedrooms and living area have TVs and DVD players. The kitchen has everything you could ask for - except food! High speed internet is provided free of charge. You won't be disappointed in your stay at this upscale top of the line getaway!
We also supply a small amount of coffee, creamer and sugar for your convenience. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are hair dryers in both baths as well.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
We bought this property because I was always going to Branson. Especially in the Fall months. I love Branson during the holiday season and I have been as many as 3 different times in the month of November alone. My husband loves to come up and play golf, and he will play almost everyday we are in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is located in the Thousand Hills area of Branson. We are located across the street from Thousand Hills Golf Course and about a mile from Dixie Stampede. We are only a few miles from Branson Landing in one direction and Silver Dollar City in the other direction. There are 3 Outlet malls within 1 mile as well.
There is nothing better than getting up early and having your coffee on the balcony while watching the golfers getting started on the course across the street.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo. The baby stuff was great, it was so nice to not have to pack it ourselves. We also loved your Christmas decorations. We just want to say a BIG thank you for your hospitality. We have stayed in many VRBO's and never has the owner been so gracious. Having enough towels, trashbags, papertowels, etc. was a nice touch. having the kitchen supplied with everything we needed was fun. this was our first time "away" for Christmas and I can't express how wonderful our time was. now there is not a lot to do in Branson during Christmas week, yet this was fine for us because we justed needed to relax.

We loved the place. The view is great and the large living and kitchen are so open that it feels very large. Your updates are perfect and the kitchen beautiful. With our kids small enough to take naps, we really hung out around there alot and watched some of the videos, played games, etc. It was very relaxing. The weather was perfect and we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. It was very clean, organized and "felt like home". We took advantage of the kitchen, at most of our meals in. Tried to get a 2000 piece puzzle together, didn't quite make it. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the draperies that kept the light out. An unexpected surprise was that there was NO NOISE. We have stayed at Thousand Hills, in various condos, and have never had such peace, and loved the fact that we were the only ones who had a reason to turn our way. We also used the gas grill. All 3 tvs and the internet had great reception. You can mark this as a 10 experience, and we look forward to being able to return again. My sister and I talked today, and agreed, we usually get home and think, wow, it is nice to back where we are comfortable, this time, it was more, I wish we had all that room to ourselves again! Thank you so very much, and feel free to put a copy of this in your journal, or if anyone wants to confirm accommodations are as good as promised, you may forward this to them. This is the very first time we have not rented directly from Thousand Hills, and wasn't sure it was the best decision, until we arrived, and then spent the week. Thanks so much for letting us use your condo. on the fourth we went shopping at Tanger. We went to my favorite stores, Claires and Justice. We also watched fireworks off the balcony. We really enjoyed the shows. On the 5th we went to Silver Dollar City. On the 6th we rode the Ducks and that was awesome.

We so enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfy. The towels were plush! The appliances (Kitchenaide) blender was awesome for making fruit smoothies. The balcony was Great! The tree next to it felt like we were up in a tree fort. Enjoyed the birds singing. My son loved teh view! We've stayed in VRBO's before and we really appreciate you supplying us with a weeks worth of paper products. Very thoughtful! Branson has so much to do. We went to 5 shows, 3 musuems, shopping, minigolf, laser tag, go carts, ride the duck, a hike on Tablerock and there was still lots we didn't do. I need to go home to rest. Thanks for providing a wonderful place for us to make happy family memories.
