** One of the closest boat docks to the Gulf and Crab Island available as a vacation rental which saves time and gas each trip out.
** Walk across the street to two beaches. East pass beach is protected by rocks and is ideal for families with small children. Also good if you want to just sit and float. Other beach is directly on the gulf if you want to play in the waves.
** Large driveway with room to park trailer and 2 vehicles.
** No pool but you are welcome to bring a small kiddie pool for use in the large backyard.
Very modern kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator and flat top stove. Back deck has outdoor gas grill. 3 bedrooms have cable TV. Free hi-speed wireless internet access works even down at the dock.
Get in touch with the nature of the Florida coast. Bait up the crab trap with chicken and catch some blue crabs for dinner. Catch redfish, sheepshead and sea trout right off the dock. Never ending supply of small fish for a great kid's fishing experience. Occasional visitors include dolphins in the harbor and cranes looking for a meal right on the dock (especially when cleaning fish). Please do not feed them anything with bones.
For the fisherman, unit includes cleaning station, bait freezer and bait traps for use right off the dock. Unit is also walking distance to the east jetty rocks where many people fish from shore.

We have recently rented this house and I would just like you to know this house is beautiful. The first thing I noticed, when we walked in, was the kitchen. I love those cabinets and counter tops. Then the dinning room is fabulous. The mirrored walls are very nice I have never saw anything like that before. That's a great idea it makes the first floor look huge.The windows in the living room gives you a great view of the harbor. Beautiful at night when all the lights across the water are on.But I have to say the most relaxing part of our stay was just being out on the boat dock,fishing,watching the birds,and the other boats.We did some great fishing from the dock my husband caught a 10lb.Black Drum,whiting,and a few other fish.We only stayed for 3 nights but I really could live there.If you're looking for a great place to stay in beautiful Destin FL this is it. It is well worth the money.

This location is great for boaters! Likes: beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, well kept, great area for families. Plenty of room!!! Benefits: a short walk to the ocean (jetty area)...perfect for snorkling. There are hardly any waves and the water at a certain parts of the day is crystal clear. You can see aquatic life for free. The local snorkle company docks their boats there. Overall we had a great time at this location!!!

Marvelous, Rated 5/5 Having vacationed in Destin many times, this was our first at this property. We had our college-aged children in for a couple of days during our week - plenty of room, privacy, and amenities. Loved having the boat dock so close - we anchored in the harbor on the 4th to watch the fireworks. Updated kitchen is huge and nice with enough room for the whole family to enjoy. Having vacationed in Destin many times, this was our first at this property. We had our college-aged children in for a couple of days during our week - plenty of room, privacy, and amenities. Loved having the boat dock so close - we anchored in the harbor on the 4th to watch the fireworks. Brand new kitchen is huge and nice with enough room for the whole family to enjoy. Views of the harbor and Harborwalk were great.

I recently vacationed in this unit with our friends, the Hopkins, this was one of the best vacation experiences that I have ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect!! I am looking forward to renting the townhouse for our vacation next year!!
