Welcome to the newest condos in Pirate's Bay at Punta Playa Vistas community. Tres Conchas condominium is a newly constructed ocean view condominium located on the top (third) floor and within a beautiful and safe 26 acre community just a short drive from Playa Conchal.
Nestled in a tropical paradise, this contemporary designed condo, completed in August 2011, offers all the amenities you expect with the privacy, convenience and luxury you want. Just minutes from the town of Matapalo and just under one hour from the Liberia International Airport. This area offers an array of activities such as: incredible mountain biking, snorkeling, horseback riding, ATV rental, restaurants and diverse exquisite beaches, easily available. Nature lovers and outdoor types will love this area. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds and want to spend your time amongst the 'real Costa Rica', look no further.
The property is only a ten minute walk to Playa Real (Pirate's Bay, or 700 yards from the property), 5 minute drive to Playa Conchal, 10 minutes to Brasilito Beach, 20 minutes from Playa Tamarindo, 15 minutes to Playa Grande and 15 minutes to Playa Flamingo.
This condo features a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo has vaulted ceilings, and a very spacious floor plan with over 1300 SF. This complex has only 6 units in total, which keep it very private. An in-unit washer & dryer is available for your complimentary use. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom as well. There is also a queen size inflatable mattress available at no additional cost. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and granite countertops. Step out of your living area onto the large covered balcony that has incredible ocean, mountain and forest views.
There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the property with linens provided, including beach towels. There is a security alarm and in room safe for your added security. The community flora abounds with ginger, banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and many other tropical varieties which attract the humming birds, butterflies, monkeys, coatimundis, iguanas and parrots. There is a very nice pool and BBQ area that is fenced around with a natural Bamboo fence.
The property is located in the Punta Playa Vistas gated community just south of Conchal Beach, which offers 24 hour security. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. Free satellite TV. There is also WiFi in the condo for your personal use.
We are happy to arrange for your personal, private pick up from the Liberia or San Jose International Airports. Please inquire for rates. We also can book all of your rental car and tour needs at discounted prices! A rental car or private transport is necessary for our area since public transportation is located 3 miles away in the neighboring town of Matapalo. We strongly suggest the use of a 4x4 SUV to fully appreciate all that the area has to offer and also to take the short-cut beach roads which will drastically cut down on your commute times to the neighboring beaches of Playa Conchal and Playa Brasilito.

My wife had concerns about this condo being a little remote (not in town), and it wasn't helped by the late night arrival down a jungle road. But by the first hour, after waking on the first morning to incredible ocean and jungle views and seeing the condo in the light, all concerns were gone. We LOVED this condo, the tile, granite, stainless steel appliances and the quiet location, and having one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica a mile down the road (Playa Conchal) guarantees we will be back. Two other gorgeous beaches are all of a ten minute walk from the condo. If you go to Costa Rica, you will miss the charm of the country if you just hang at the hotel or condo pool, so I recommend everyone rent a vehicle (preferably a 4x4). And for just that reason, we were glad we were not right in town, it forced us get in the car and see the sights. We loaded up on breakfast and lunch things the first day at the super market in Huacas, and tried a different restaurant every night in Playa Flamingo, Brasilito, Playa Grande or Playa Tamarindo, all easy drives from the condo. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. A glass of wine on the deck before dinner with the incredible views is a must. You will love Costa Rica, and this condo will not disappoint!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
