The Balalaika Guest Homes are six, large, fully furnished luxurious two bedroom two bath vacation homes with a full kitchen and living room. They are located just minutes away from Russian River beaches, wineries, cafes and shops just two miles East of the bustling little town of Guerneville. The coast is just 25 minutes away. Townhouses are beautifully furnished with a warm and friendly charm, welcoming you underneath the treetops of our magnificent Redwoods.
Each rental includes upper and lower grand balcony redwood decks, most built around our 100-year-old Redwood Trees. One balcony for the master bedroom and the other seated above just off the living room--making it ideal for Barbecues and outside family dinners.
Inside you will find large picture windows with vaulted ceilings above our spacious living rooms, cable TV with DVD, CD Player/Stereo, large couches for plenty of seating, as well as a cozy fireplace to add just a little of that romantic charisma for those times you can get away.
Our bathrooms are exquisitely done in tile and stone, with showers including dual heads on opposite sides. Granite kitchen counters, large bedrooms, and all linens and china included.
