The townhouse was recently renovated throughout. It has a new kitchen with state the art appliances; completely renovated bathrooms; granite everywhere; a whirlpool tub in the master suite and a hot tub on the deck. It is WI-FI accessible and there are 2 HDTVs. The living room fireplace is wood burning and a gas fired unit is in the basement TV room. The 2 car garage is attached with nearby guest parking.The UTA Ski Bus stop to both Cottonwood Canyon resorts is at the community entrance.

Tucked into the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains midway between Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon, 9 miles to Alta/Snowbird and 15 miles to Brighton/Solitude. The UTA Ski Bus stops at the townhouse village making the ski resorts accessible even during the snowiest of days.
