The huge living room can accommodate 35 guests for entertaining, and the beautiful dining table seats 16 comfortably.

This 10,500-square-foot, five-level, resort home is personally owned by a business executive who maintains it to his own high standards for family vacations and corporate retreats. The home is unique to Manuel Antonio because it can luxuriously accommodate a large group of people and is not a series of connected apartments - making it the largest villa in Manuel Antonio.
The architect and interior designer were specifically instructed to design a large, comfortable home that can sleep up to 26 people and can bring the residents closer to the natural world that surrounds the house.
Located in the most prestigious neighborhood in Manuel Antonio; and next door to its most famous spa the home beautifully hosts small or large groups and is ideally suited for weddings, business retreats, or family reunions.
Upon entering the 1500-foot "salon grande" you are greeted with views through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the famed Manuel Antonio national park and its seven small islands nestled in the bay. This vista is the backdrop to the outdoor waterfall swimming pool.
The great room with 15-foot, cathedral, teak ceilings has seating for up to 35 people. There is a home theater section (DVD/CD) with plush sofa and chairs for viewing or just relaxing. The owner's private collection of over 100 films is available for your pleasure.
The lovely dining room with a table and seating for 16 is perfect for hosting a special meal or gathering. For larger groups, an additional table and chairs are available to accommodate up to 30 people. Two master suites with king-size beds and a jacuzzi jetted tub are on this entry level, making it ideal for guests who require a wheel chair.
The huge game room with indoor, waterfall pool, regulation pool table, foosball table, and a large wet bar is located on the next level down. Open the ten-foot-high glass doors and step out onto the 1000-square-foot tiled terrace that adjoins the game room. Located 30 feet above the jungle floor this beautiful patio is surrounded by gigantic trees that are frequently visited by the rich wildlife that Manuel Antonio is famed for, including three types of monkeys, over 100 species of birds, abundant butterflies, and sloths.
With comfortable seating for up to 28 people, and a dining table for eight this is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. On this level there is another king-size bedroom with a Jacuzzi bathroom and sleeper sofa.
A separate, air-conditioned, guest house has its own balcony with spectacular ocean view and refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The beautiful lower level has magnificent jungle views with two king, air-conditioned bedrooms and baths. A large, fully covered, rocking chair balcony fronts these two rooms and is serenaded by a trickling fountain.
On the ground floor is the most romantic and private bedroom. It has stone walls, a sunken tub, TV and DVD player, and beautiful rainforest views. The owner had the interior designer make each bedroom full-size, unique, and luxurious to ensure luxurious comfort for the corporate clients that he hosts in this resort home.

A group of 15 of us stayed at the Casa de las Brisas in May of 2008 for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better experience. The property was fantastic. It is difficult to envision from the pictures online, but it is a 5 level house with many of the rooms unattached from the main house. The property was very clean and included daily maid service, which also did our laundry. The property manager's (Escape Villas) concierge was extremely helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The management office is located just up the hill from the house as well so was very convenient to access. The house host checked on us throughout the week and took care of our many needs. The best surprise was that monkeys actually frequent the trees near the house and we could watch them from the top level of the house, which included lounge chairs, hammocks, a covered wet bar, and an amazing view. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. The 5 bedroom house can be rented separately with up to an additional 4 rooms added on, which are part of but not directly connected to the main house.

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! Ricky and Val were so helpful and made our vacation even more relaxing. We definitely recommend hiring a personal chef for a few meals - the food is great and it is well worth the cost! This house is beautiful and the monkeys were a lot of fun. Thank you again!

Thank you for letting us spend time in your beautiful home! This has been the best trip my family and i have ever experienced! This week has gone by soooo fast. It's so funny to see the adorable monkeys. During our vacation we went on a canopy tour which has to be done. Swinging from tree to tree is so exhilarating! The land here is so beautiful! We plan to come back!

What can I say? This place is amazing. We had a great time. Fishing was good, rafting was fun, and the nightlife was exciting. The house is beautiful! The view around the house is awesome and the monkeys drove us fun-crazy! One actually crawled in bed with my cousin! We enjoyed watching the frogs in the pool! Costa Rica is a beautiful country with great people and we plan on coming back.

It's hard to believe that our week went by so fast! Sailing, Damas Island, the Park and Rafting - what a wonderful trip! This villa is lovely. Even more beautiful in person than online! The monkeys entertained us every day. This was our first time to Costa Rica. It was a land of enchantment with many treasures to see. We are so sad to leave.

We absolutely loved the house. The monkeys were so much fun to watch. There was a black out one night but it didn't bother us! We cooked by candlelight and still had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone at Escape Villas for the extra touches that made are vacation so nice.

The view, the monkeys, the people, the amazing flora, and fauna - what a great place to visit. We were 19 people here to celebrate a special birthday and enjoy a family reunion. There is so much to do here that we are all wishing we had another week! Zip lining, waterfall repelling, nature walks, ATV's, horseback riding on the beach, mangrove tour and surfing! Thank you!
