This is our fastest booking condo. It is well maintained and decorated to the hilt. You will not be disappointed. Sleeping arrangements include two King Beds, two Twin beds, and one Queen sleeper sofa. No Bunk beds in this unit. Enjoy two great baths in this 11th floor unit.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has its own private luxury bath. The large 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. The owner has furnished the oversized bunkroom/3rd bedroom as a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a flatscreen plasma TV and DVD.
This property has a beautiful beachfront view of the "sugar sands" - the world's most beautiful beaches - and is located in the newest resort complex on the beach. We just got back from our week in PCB. The condo is absolutely beautiful! Decorated just as the photos show. The scenery, beach and pools are amazing. We were at the condo over the 4th of July week and even with all the people, we had no issues!! Pools weren't overcrowded, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the condo was clean and beautiful. We are already talking about coming back next summer and will definitely contact Larry & Patti to rent again. Thanks so much!!

We just got back from our stay at this condo (my family of 4, my sister and her 2 kids and my parents). We absolutely were very pleased with the condo and the pictures shown on the site are exactly what you get. Beautiful and clean. Right on the beach, pool area is spacious and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

What a wonderful condo… A very nice and clean condo. I will recomend this to anyone who likes to be comfortable on their vacation. I will be staying here again

Very nice unit. What you see here is what you get. No problems with noise. No problems with appliances. Very nice complex overall.The condo staff was very helpful with any questions asked. Very hot week, we barely got away from the condo pool area which was also very clean and quite. 1.1 miles from Pier Park and City Pier. Perfect for a family get away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if the owners would have me;)
