Excellent condo - very nicely furnished and comfortable. Ski in&out is best of all the ones I have experienced in several Colorado and Utah resorts. The owner is great to dealwith and extremely helpful.

This is a great unit - a TRUE ski in/ski out property. Very comfortable and very clean, plus the owner is a DREAM to work with. This is the First Choice for our trips to Breckenridge.

The condo was beautiful, and the location was terrific. It was truly ski-in ski-out, even for warm Spring skiing when there was no other snow around town. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, and the deck with bbq a nice extra. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back for another enjoyable vacation!

Truly ski-in/ski-out

This property is one of the very few, truly skin-in/ski-out, affordable properties in which I have vacationed over 30 years or so. It is very accessible from either green or less challenging blue trails. That was a huge plus for the beginner skier with us. The deck area and gas grill were very useful for us and the unit was in a location of the building that was quiet at night for those of us who retire reasonably early. The kitchen was equipped adequately for cooking and the fireplace was great for drying out the boot bladders and gloves apres ski. The one complaint I have about this unit is that the master bedroom was overcrowded with the two queen beds in it. The walk to the bathroom was so narrow that in the dark I hurt my toe on the second bed frame. I did have the room in total darkness though for sleeping. The owner was a dream to work with and I would most definitely vacation in this unit again.

The condo is truly located at ski-in and ski-out. Most places list themselves as such and you end up walking "up" at some point carrying heavy ski equipment. So, I loved the location. The condo is nicely furnished with everything you need and we had a wonderful time.

we had a great experience at this place. The owner is very easy to deal with and very responsive. She makes it real easy. The location is awesome - you walk about 15 yards from the ski locker to where you click into your skis and head down the hill to the lifts - then you ski right back for lunch or the end of your day. The hot tubs look right down the lifts too.

What a wonderful location! You really cannot get a better location on the mountain. Ruth was a pleasure to rent from. We stayed in 3 skiwatch units this year, and they were all fantastic. Everything about her unit was great! We really enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. I can't wait to return sometime in the future!

This true ski in/ski out is just plain awesome. Just walk out out the door and you are there on the slopes! The condo is very updated, accommodating and cozy. Parking garage and ski lockers are very convenient. Thanks again Ruth. We will be back.

We have vacationed at Skiwatch 4 times. The accommodations and working with Ruth have been the best. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable and works well for 2 family units. We certainly would recommend it!

The place itself is great. I am not one for gold leaf toilets or the lodge feel.. I just want a comfortable place to rest after skiing. This is it. Big enough to handle two families (we did) with kids (3 each). Very comfortable and great ski in and out. And folks... if you have small kids, this place is SO convenient. The kids can rest while you go chew up some mountain and the ski school is right out the back door.

You can truly step out of the building and strap on your skis. Ski to the door and have a bite of lunch, then straight back to the slopes. The unit's owner goes out of her way to make guests' stay as wonderful as possible. Rumor has it she even does snow dances to ensure good ski conditions. Comfortable and clean, nice ski-lodge decor. Can't recommend highly enough.

A perfect Ski in Ski out propery that had every amenity we could think of, including slopeside ski lockers. The furnishings and decor were well above average, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very refreshing to deal directly with the owners, rather than a rental company. We've skiied Summit County and the Vail Valley for over 25 years, and we enjoyed this condo more than any place we have stayed. Thanks, Ruth. We'll be back.

Ski Watch is a perfect location- ski in ski out (as long as everyone is skiing blues ). Easy walk down hill to the lift and to peak 8 ski school. The ski lockers on the mail level are great, so no hauling skis up stairs The condo was well stocked with essentials, was clean and comfortable. Ruth made the whole process so easy.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very kid friendly. Very nice new furnishings. Skiwatch is a great place to stay for ski-in and ski-out. We have never gone in March before, but the skiing was great. Weather was great. Ruth is wonderful to work with.

We've stayed in this unit for a week this February, 2010 and had a fabulous time!!! It's truly ski-in/ski-out you can ever imagine which becomes even more important taking into account high attitude. Hot tub was amazing, right on the slope, really hot and not crowdy. Sauna was also great, once it gets hot, it is fantastic and we haven't seen anyone there during our stay. The unit itself is very comfortable and very-well equipped, we didn't feel lack of anything. We had a great time with my family and hope to come back sometime. We highly recommend this condo! It was great pleasure to work with Ruth. She is so nice, helpful and responsive. Thank you!

First off, Ruth's condo is in what I would term the only TRUE ski in/out in all of Breck with the exception of Beaver Run. The unit itself is very well stocked, extremely comfortable with a great fireplace! On top of that Ruth is a JOY to deal with! You cant go wrong with this selection!

Fantastic location! Great for families, well stocked, lots of storage space in bedrooms. We had great snow and awesome skiing. Nice to have easy access to come in for lunch and get right back out for the afternoon. Ruth is very helpful and responsive. Great customer service!

We have stayed in Ruth's condo many years and always return. I hesitate to write an exceptional review, because there will be more competition for the condo. Truthfully, however, it is a great place to stay and Ruth is very easy to work with. I plan on returning many more years.

Great unit. We stayed over the weekend in the summer and it was everything we were hoping for. Comfortable beds, nice family room, updated nicely in a great, quiet building. Easy access to town and in the winter you can't beat the location. I would definitely stay here again and Ruth is truly a joy to rent from. Thank you!

We stayed at this unit over winter break of 2007/08 and had a wonderful time. The unit is well stocked in terms of kitchen equipment and number of towels available to the unit. My family and I were very comfortable and greatly enjoyed the ease of getting onto the lifts as well as the ease of getting the children to ski school (all down hill..as opposed to the condos on Peak 9). The location of the hot tubs to the room is perfect. Close enough that you aren't frozen by the time you get back to your room. Thank you for sharing this unit with us. We look forward to visiting you again soon!

What a fantastic time!!! We had 9 adults and were comfortable. The hot tub was just that - hot! Perfect after a long day on the slopes. Incredibly convenient right on the Claimjumper trail and about 3 or 4 turns from the Peak 8 lifts. Exceptionally value - tough to beat this condo at one of the best resorts in the west!

You would be foolish to stay anywhere else. If you want marble & tile in the bathroom, well...wait a minute this place has it. All aside, if you are there to ski and don't want to be taking shuttles, getting in the gondola to get to your car (which you should see at 4:30!! INSANE), carrying your gear around, this is the place for you. We were nine and had plenty of room! We will be back, had an awesome time!

We love this place!! The convenience could not be better. Ski to 4 lifts, ski school, restaurant, lift tickets, rentals. Ski back to lunch at the condo. Ski back for a beer at the end of a spectacular day! The condo is roomy, easily accomodates 2 families in comfort. Clean, cozy, charming. There is not a better value in Breck. And Ruth is wonderful to work with!

This place is wonderful. The location to the ski area is great. It is convenient to the slopes or you can ride the gondola to town and get to other destinations. I will stay here again and I highly recommend this condo to anyone. Ruth was a pleasure to work with and I thank her for allowing my family to stay at her place.

This is literally the best place to stay in Breckenridge. You can walk out the back door and hit the lifts and when you get tired just ski up to the back door and rest your legs. We've stayed 3 seasons. We love the country decor. You don't have to bring anything except youself, food and fun. The condo is stocked. If you need help with anything, the manager is next door.

We have been renting this unit from for about 6 years on and off, maybe more. We have taken several other couples/families with us throughout the years and they have all been very happy. I cannot say enough good things about the unit, and the owners are very easy and pleasant to deal with. Everything in the unit is always very clean, very well stocked (we cook almost every night and the kitchen is nicely equipped) ... it is obvious they take pride in their condo. As nice as the unit is, though, the best thing about it is the location. It truly is ski on/ski off. At Skiwatch they have lockers to keep all your equipment. We put on our ski boots in the unit and walk to the lockers. The locker room has a door that leads directly out onto the snow. This is also where the hot tubs are. If you have kids, you can ski right down to the kids ski school. When our little ones were small and not yet able to ski down, we'd carry them down the little slope to the school. Now they ski down themselves. The Peak 8 lifts are also just down that little slope, it literally takes 10 seconds to get to them. We're looking forward to our next trip!!

This has to be absolutely the best lodging location for slopeside access I've ever seen. You can literally ski to/from the back door. Great unit laid out to comfortably handle a group. Dining table always ready to handle 8.

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this condo a few years ago. We've stayed here several times over the past few years. We always look here first when we ski Breckenridge. The condo is very nice, clean, well kept, true ski in ski out, easy access hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Ruth is fantastic to work with. Overall a fantastic place to stay!
