  We stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks, we are a family of 5 so there was plenty of room for us we only used the downstairs of the house. The pool was used a lot as our 3 boys aged 3,5 and 8 love swimming. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need with a lovely big fridge/ freezer which was used a lot. The bedrooms have lots of storage space and are very spacious with a bathroom each. Lots and lots of towels are available if needed which was great. We made use of the Washing machine and tumble dryer too. There were 2 strollers and we used 1 most of our stay as our 5 year old got tired around the parks. Andrea was very helpful and called twice while we were at the villa to ask if everything was OK and offered advice of shopping and restaurants, we went to Maggiano's Italian in International drive near Wonderworks the upside down building it was lovely. We missed the villa when we left for a disney hotel for 4 nights we missed the space and the facilities of a villa so we would def stay again in the future. We would love the house ourselves and we recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Thanks again The Beard Family

  This is the first time our family has rented from a private individual, I was a little apprehensive. This house is everything the pictures show plus more. The house was very spacious and had everything a family would need. Location was great, minutes to Disney. I would highly reccomend this home. Andrea was very helpful throughout the reservation process.

  The home is exactly as the pictures show. The home provided everyone with their own space. The beds are extremely comfortable and enabled everyone to get a good rest. The kids loved the pool, as did the adults. Its proximity to the theme parks is a bonus as well with about a 10 minute drive to the gates of the Disney Parks and close to other amenities such as dining and shopping areas. Andrea was superb to deal with and very attentive to the details making all of the transactions go very smoothly. We would strongly recommend this property and Andrea without hesitation.

  We loved your home! Everything was beautifully decorated and coordinated. With three master bedrooms, both of my daughters and their husbands were able to have their own room along with their own bathroom facilities... Very comfortable... We stayed over February vacation. The weather was wonderful. Such a break from the cold weather. We loved the neighborhood. We were able to take our grandson to the small park up the street... Thank you for accomodating our infant grandson. You had a crib and high chair waiting for us. The first morning we were there, 10 hot air ballons sailed overhead. One was very low... What a sight to see! I had some reservation renting a home from someone beyond the U.S. borders. Andrea was very responsive and delivered everything she had promised and more! If we are in the Orlando area again, we would love to stay at your home again. Thank you...

  Since the very beginning, Andrea was very attentious and helpful. The pictures and descriptions that I had seen before renting didn't describe the house as magnificent as it is. Our expectations were already high, but the house was just fantastic. We had an amazing vacation. Thank you for everything Andrea.

  We are home from Orlando. We arrived today. Your home was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. The kids especially LOVED the pool. Thank you ever so much. We enjoyed our holiday so much more because of the house. Everything was so fantastic. We left quite a few pool toys by the pool and the garage for the next family who comes to visit. Hopefully they have as much fun in the pool as we did. Again, everything was quite beautiful. We are already planning our next trip to Orlando for 2010.
