The View is amazing from the 20th floor, 271 square foot terrace. Terrace has a glass table,chairs and lounger. Private reserved parking at the elevator, out of your car and into the Condo. Great room and Master bdrm are both ocean front with full glass doors, for a beautiful view from the 20th floor. We are located just 2 miles from the new Pier Park.

Air Conditioning, cable/cable modem(internet connection), 9 feet ceilings. Cherry cabinets with raised panel doors,granite countertops and raised granite bar area in kitchen. General Electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, washer and dryer in our Unit. We just returned home from Emerald Isle. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and well maintained. Having the elevator next to our covered parking area was really nice. The view was awesome from the balcony. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Panama City. We ate at several of the local restaurants and the food was wonderful each night. We also enjoyed shopping at Pier Park and some of the local shops. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to get away for a little rest and relaxation. Thank you Denise for sharing your condo with our family. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back again!

We just returned from our vacation in Panama City. We loved everything about this condo!The veiw from the 20th floor is fantastic, the parking next to the door made loading and unloading a breeze. The unit was very clean , well maintained and pleasently decorated. The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We hope we can stay here again on our next trip back. Thanks so much!

This is the greatest place to stay in the Panama City area.TV'S were great when you didn't feel like stepping out of the elevator and into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. I'll be back.

What a great place to stay!! My family had a great time in Panama City thanks to you! We loved the pools and hot tub. The elevator right next to the parking space and front door made it easy to load in and out. The updated electronics were also great for my kids to watch DVDs. Thanks for a great time. Will stay here again!
