Outstanding new maple cabinetry throughout and granite countertops in kitchen. Kitchen has refrigerator, ceramic-top range, super quiet dishwasher, microwave and laundry closet with washer and dryer. All linens, washing supplies and cleaning products are provided.
There is covered parking for 2 vehicles.
This home has FULLY equipped kitchen, and dining for ten. The master bedroom has a king bed and you do not have to lift your head from the pillow to enjoy the magnificent ocean view. Master bath has jetted tub/shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and direct access to a full bath with walk-in shower.

Wow!!!!!! Just returned from our Family vaction to Myrtle Beach with our Son and Daughter and their families. We had a Great time ...this condo is super . We have already booked for next year. We have rented in this area many times and this is the very nicest place that we have stayed.....Thanks for sharing it with us.

I can't say enough good things about this condo and it's owner. We stayed here in June on an extended family vacation with relatives in 6 other condos in this building. Everyone was jealous of ours, it was by far nicer than any other from the realty companies. From my first contact with the owner she was responsive and helpful. Our deposit was promptly returned after departure. This condo was very clean, the decor was perfect, The furniture new and very comfortable, it is an awesome end unit with the best view! I really like how she encourages each tenant to leave extra's that you don't use. It was so nice to have coffee and filters upon arrival, as well as dish liquid, etc. We in turn left extra bathroom tissue as well as other things we didn't use. Actually we bought paper towel the last day to leave, just so the next tenant would have it! It is just that kind of place. You want to take care of it! In a typical rental (and the other condos) NOTHING was there, and they hated that everything was being thrown out when they left. Such a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with all new appliances, and enough dishes, cookware, etc for our family of 7. The amenities such as beach chairs and toys were in excellent condition and nice . Lots of books, etc. We treated this condo as our own, and it is obvious the owner takes great pride in her home. We appreciate her sharing it, and making our vacation so comfortable. My only negative is that she doesn't allow pets. I would love to stay a month in the winter!

This is the first time I have ever rented privately....I have always gone through a realtor or stayed at a hotel. I was nervous about renting directly from an owner but after talking to Pat all my concerns were gone. She was absolutely great to deal with. We had such a great time....the condo is absolutely beautiful and you want for nothing.....everything you need is there for you. We are already talking about going back next year. Thanks Pat for helping to make our vacation so nice.

This October will be our 3rd stay in this beautiful condo that is without a doubt the best one we have stayed in our many many years of vacationing in the Grand Strand. However even more beautiful is the sweet heart of a owner who obviously takes great pride in her property that translates to a wonderful vacation experience. We highly and I mean highly recommend you consider renting this unit for your vacation (expect October...we claim it LOL!!)

This is the second year in a row staying in this condo. I will echo everything the others have said about how great this place is. I will also add that the owner is very courteous and great to deal with. She takes great pride and care in her condo. It's in a great location. The only negative to staying here is that it is really depressing when you have to leave. It is so nice there that it really hurts to pack up and come home. Thanks for another great year at your place Pat. Hope to stay again.

Are you looking for the best condo in the Myrtle Beach area? Look no further...you have just found it!! Exquisitely furnished, beautiful, immaculate. Vista view of ocean...watch the dolphins swim down the coast. Wrap around balcony is awesome. You will need nothing...everything you need is here including beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Fully equipped modern kitchen is wonderful. Can't say enough about this place. We fully enjoyed our stay, only wish it had been longer!

This is the nicest property we have stayed at in Myrtle Beach and we have been going for many years. It is always in immaculate condition aand the owner is always pleasant to deal with. The photos you see show a great condo but it is even nicer when you see it first hand. Anyone renting this unit will definitely be very satisfied with their choice.
