Shoreline Towers is a beautiful property consisting of three high rise buildings. Our unit, Unit 1115 (1560 sq ft), is on the 11th floor of Building #1 and has a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. If you never left the condominium, you would have had a restful vacation just enjoying the beautiful emerald green water in contrast to the sugar white beaches while enjoying the colorful sight of the umbrellas and chairs that dot the beach right from our unit.
Our unit has been completely renovated in Tuscan style with beautiful rich colors of brick reds, chocolate browns and teal. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and new cabinetry. The oversized bedrooms are equipped with one king-size bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have water views. The condo is loaded with many built-ins in both bedrooms and kitchen - plenty of storage and no chests of drawers to take up valuable space. The large master bath walk-in shower has a seat. There are two large closets (one is a walk-in) in the Master Suite. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. Every room is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, under the cabinet lighting, as well as a new washer and dryer. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players in each bedroom as well as a 42" flat screen TV in the livingroom. Our condo has all of the comforts of home!

Located in the heart of Destin, you are just minutes away from some of the best attractions and adventures of the Florida Panhandle to say nothing of the casual or fine dining and delicious seafood restaurants. The Emerald Coast offers fine golf courses and has one of the largest fishing fleets in Florida. Watersport adventures, relaxing cruises, and Dolphin Encounters at the Gulfarium, are just a few ways to explore the fun of the Gulf Coast. This is our favorite vacation destination!

Your condo was very nice. We enjoyed the view and the staff at Shoreline Towers was very helpful. I would recommend renting this unit to anyone. The property is very close to other activities in Destin and it was a breeze to get around, though the traffic gets a little heavy some times. The only problem we had was the front storm door popping through the frame when we had the balcony doors open. We had to call security/maintenance to let us out. Other than that, our vacation was flawless.

When the sliding glass doors are open and the storm door slams, that can happen easily because of the suction caused by the cross draft. Hopefully when you return, that will no longer be a problem. This unit is wonderful -- lovely decorating, beautiful view of the beach/Gulf, well-equipped, and quiet! This was our second year and we have already booked for next spring. Shoreline Towers staff are very helpful and friendly. The owners of this unit are great and eager to help. The condo is convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and near the highway for those who want to explore the area.

Our family rents frequently from VRBO. This unit is the best one ever! It's luxury made us feel pampered. The week was sprinkled with comments about how beautifully decorated and how perfectly outfitted it is. Even our teenagers commented about its outstanding beauty. The view is breathtaking and the location perfect. You won't find a nicer condo in Destin. We HIGHLY recommend this unit.
