A very private location centrally located on the island and just minutes to the villages of Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor, Northeast Harbor and Bass Harbor.
Nature abounds with the sounds of loons on the lake, eagle sightings overhead and the occasional otter playtimes in the brook.
The atmosphere at "Fishway" is comfortable and relaxed with windows all around to let the outdoors inside.
Accommodates up to six with a living room, queen bedroom and full bath on each floor, additional sleeping accommodations include a futon in the first floor living room and two sleeper chairs in the second floor sun room.
The spacious south-facing deck (which overlooks the brook) is accessible via sliding glass doors from the dining room and sun room on the second floor. "Fishway" is the perfect place for family & friends to enjoy the "Maine Way of Life"!
