We have wanted to be on the water at Lake Havasu for 25 years, and with only a few oppurtunities,
this complex was a dream come true. We went from spending our days on our boat in the Channel, to spending days in our condo on the water, with our boat moored in front.

Great place to stay. We were there from 08-01-2011 thru 08-08-2011. Perfect location, close to everything.Just a couple of negative things. Boat parking on the weekend was way too full. I had to park in a vacant lot across the street. The company that we received the keys from was very unprofessional. Kids working there in bathing suit tops that couldn't answer any questions that we had reguarding the property. This residence deserves to be represented by a professional rental agency.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
