Why the Owner Chose Wildwood
I bought my condo on 230 E glenwood because I liked the location. It's 2 blocks from beach and close to Morey's pier. There are beautiful condos adjacent to it and across the street as well as a beautiful church, St Anne's. So you don't have to worry about excessive noise.

Surfing, Waverunning, biking, roller blading and enjoying the beach are just some of the ways I spend my time in WW. I like to rent to others so they can enjoy WW as well.

My family and I stayed here and had a great time in Wildwood. The house is located just two blocks away from the boardwalk! Walking there with my two kids was a breeze. The property is well kept, the two bathrooms, as well as the kitchen were spotless. The kitchen contained a stove, microwave, fridge as well as pots and pans this made is extremely easy to buy food and prepare it there. The owner was very helpful and understanding about everything. Would definitely recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here April 29th to May 1st weekend. The location is perfect, close to boardwalk and to the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Went bike riding around the neighborhood. The owner is very nice and easy to work with, very accomodating and flexible with our needs. This was definitely a great place to stay and we will return!

I stay at this shore house almost every summer and it is a great place to stay! It is only two blocks from the beach so my friends and me were able to walk right over. The house is always clean and well kept. The renter is very reasonable and easy going. I would recommend staying here to anybody and I will definetly be returning myself!

Over the weekend of September 25, 2010 we stayed at this condo. Six adults and 1 child. The location and room size in this condo are excellent; however, there were so many negatives I felt the need to share. There are two queen beds that are of fair quality. The bunk beds are not good quality and very wobbly. The futon frame (cushion only remains) is no longer present and has been replaced by a love seat (doesn't convert into a bed). The living room sofa also does not convert into a bed and is very dirty. So, there are beds for 6. The site says sleeps 8-10. The other 2 to 4 people would have to sleep on the sofa, futon mattress on the floor or just on the floor - ok for kids, not so great for adults. We were given the lock box code months prior to arrival. A few days prior to our arrival the owner called my home. She spoke with my son and states that she told him the lock box was jammed and gave him instructions for finding the key (she did kindly offer for us to arrive a day early with no fee involved). My son states that she did not tell him about the box being jammed but rather went into detail about opening the lock box. When my family arrived it was 10:30 PM they found an inoperative lock box. It was pouring rain and lightening. Despite many calls to the owner we were unable to make contact (she later said that she was unavailable due to a medical emergency in her family). It was necessary to rent a hotel room for which the owner refuses to reimburse us. The worse part is that on two separate occasions the owner REPEATEDLY degraded my son by asking me if he was an adult and telling me that he was not telling me the truth. The bottom line is that I contracted with the owner and all correspondence was done via email. She should have sent an email informing me the lock box was jammed and providing access instructions and if she felt the need to speak with someone she should have requested my cell phone number from my son. The owner lacks any level of professionalism and is argumentative!! Additionally, we were told to vacuum but vacuum cleaner has no belt. The kitchen chair had an unattached seat and bent legs. The lease requires no pets, yet pet hair was found everywhere. The common area/hallway/stairs was filthy - not vacuumed in quite some time and stains on carpeting. Exterior lock intermittently works - the owner requested that we leave it unlocked. Vacation is supposed to relieve stress, not cause it!

I'm not sure where to begin. Maybe with the broken screen door to the deck or the dirty living room furniture or the unattached chair seats in the dining room. How about with the moldy shower curtain in the master bath that kept falling due to the fact that the curtain rod was not attached. There were just too many other things to mention, but, I must not forget the filthy kitchen floor! We definitely will not return and will not recommend this vacation rental.

Our family of 6 stayed at the condo for the first week in August. We found the location to be ideal for us because of the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. Walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean and presentable upon our arrival. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Many life time residents to give you tips on where to shop and dine. We look forward to visiting Wildwood again next year!

My family and I stayed at this property over the 4th of July holiday and I must say I was not very pleased at all. We have rented from VRBO for the past 3 years all over the US and have always been pleased with the rentals however not this time! When we arrived the rental was dirty!!! The fridge was nasty with food and jelly stains, the pots were nasty and rusty looking, all of the dishes were dirty and nasty, the kitchen facuet leaks horribly, the bathrooms were dirty and had hair from the previous guest in the tub and around the sink. Upon arrival I called the owner and informed her that the place wasn't clean and she then returned my call to inform me that her cleaners were already on their way back home and wouldn't be returning. My family and I had to go to the local family dollar store and purchase pots, a coffee maker, and cleaning supplies. The futon that appears in the picture is broken and the mattress is stuffed in the middle bedroom closet, the other guest room has a phone book proped under the headborad to hold it up! The owner called me several times during our stay to leave instructions on my voicemail about how to handle the trash (the information she was leaving was incorrect) and what to do upon checkout which really irritated me due to the fact that I'm 47 with grown kids of my own and I'm quite capable of comprehending however upon chatting with some of the locals we were informed that the owner wasn't aware of the trash pickup because she rarely vists the property and that she rents to young kids on a regular basis. Upon receiving this information everything suddenly made sense. Her policy is that you leave the condo in the same condition you found it however my family and I left it in better condition than we found it , we left it CLEAN!!! In spite of that we still enjoyed Wildwood and what it has to offer however I would not recommend staying here at all!
