This was a wonderful place to stay. Two large bathrooms, very comfortable bed. 9th floor condo has nice balcony with beautiful view. Plenty of parking and quick elevators. Very nice having schooners restaurant right next door and accessible from the beach. Only thing that could have made it any better would be to have beach chairs include or provided but you can rent there on site from.Austin and he was great! Loved it! Would definitely recommend. Owner was very quick to respond as well and made it a smooth transaction.

We stayed September 3, 2011 - September 10th. The condo was very spacious and the baths we very nice. I really liked the decor - photos are accurate and the property was very clean. I liked this area of the beach - very convenient. I have recommended this property to my family and friends. We hope to stay there again later this year - if available!

We stayed in the 9th floor condo for 6 nights and loved the accommodations. It had everything we needed and the 2 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen has it all and the decor is really nice. The only thing we would have liked to have were beach chairs. We thought the nice blue chairs lined up in front of the condo were for all guests. Having Schooners next door is the best with good food and enteratinment! And try the banana boat ride. It's a blast! Will definitely return!

Favorite place to stay in PC Beach!

We stayed here for the second time May 22-29, 2011. It is hands down our favorite place to stay. It was clean and the furnishings are very nice. The unit description and pictures are completely accurate. A bonus is that when we stay here you don't hear a sound from the other guests. Having Schooners next door is a plus because the food and music is great and you can walk out of Seychelles, take a dozen or so steps and into Schooners. The owner is always quick to respond. We vigorously recommend renting this unit!

We stayed in the 9th floor unit 09/03/10 - 09/06/10. The room is much, much nicer than the pictures suggest & is larger than other 1 & 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in in the past! My co-worker has stayed here a few times & suggested it to us. We will definitely stay here again! We were traveling with our 1 yr old daughter & the condo worked for her as well. I was concerned that Schooners next door would cause a lot of noise, but we never heard them at all & it was Labor Day weekend! The owner always responded to emails very quickly. We loved the condo, the price, & will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time! The room was huge, and beautiful!!! Will use this room every year..Even if it means changing our schedule just to get it! Steve was wonderful to work with. Just got back from Panama City Beach and we were extremely happy with your unit! It is beautifully decorated with everything one could need. I like that it was located on the 12th floor and not too high up. We saw dolphins from the balcony and the water was absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend this condo to others and look forward to returning again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This condo is decorated and furnished well. Everything that we needed was supplied except for a pizza pan...no big deal. We preferred this side of PCB as it is less busy and calmer. Easy access to the Winn Dixie supermarket on Thomas Dr. The pools were well maintained as are the general grounds of the property. A great value for the price and don't let the low rates concern you. I'd recommend bringing extra paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Make sure you get to Hunt's in Panama City as well as Gulf Club for good seafood priced well. If you're wanting to take a drive, we went out to St. George Island with a stop in Apalachicola for some tasty grub at Up The Creek Raw Bar. The Apalachicola oysters off of the boat and the Conch Cakes were a great experience. The Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise is very well worth the money, especially the sunset cruise. My two were occupied the whole time with fun activities. We ended our trip with the cruise and we're glad we did so. Also, the Econfina Creek canoe trip was well worth the time for little expense.

Found this condo on VRBO and was a little nervous, just because of the price. Thought maybe it was too good to be true, but let me tell you it was a really nice place. My family and I really enjoyed the condo and it offered a beautiful view of the gulf. (From the living room) This is our third trip to Panama City Beach and I'll have to say the condo was better than where we stayed on our previous trip at Splash. (As far as the room itself) We loved the proximity of St. Andrews Park and Captain Anderson's. The kids also had a blast in the swimming pool and as far as the beach, beautiful as usual! A wonderful family experience and for the price, WOW we couldn't have asked for more. I think any time you rent condos there are always a few things that you wish you could change, (cleanliness) but ultimately it wasn't bad at all and the fact that some people rent and don't respect the condo is evident in some areas. Again for the price we could not have stayed at a hotel, let alone a nice condo with an awesome view!! Wonderful experience!!

The Owner is straight and on the spot dealing with you. The condo was our favorite and will always be our return condo. I highly recommend this 12th floor view. It has everything you need. Even private parking.

We loved this resort and especially this condo. It was beautifully decorated, painted with vibrant Florida colors, etc. The balcony is big and the views westward are wonderful. This condo is without a doubt, the nicest we've ever stayed in. We cannot wait to return to this lovely condo at Seychelles.
