This newly remodeled, luxurious, three bedroom/two and-a-half bath condominium is perfect when looking for the ideal ski in and ski out location. Immediately adjacent to Crested Butte Mountain Resort ski area and sledding hill. Literally step out the door and ski or ride directly to the lift. (Note on the Google map satellite view, we are the grey building right on the ski area boundary!) When you are ready to come back inside, ski or ride right to the front door. This condominium features a top of the line remodeled kitchen, a 700 year old teak wood dining table, and spacious living room with in-floor heat in the downstairs living area and upstairs bathrooms.
The Master bedroom features a picture window sitting and reading area with an envious view of the peak at Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy reading your latest interest and watching the skiers take turns down the hill.
The condominium is equipped with 42" Sony LCD HD TV, surround sound stereo system, DVD Player and iPod dock for your pleasure in the living room. There is an additional TV in the queen bedroom. The three bedroom sleeping accomodations include a King, Queen, and twins with an additional twin trundle.
You must be non-smoking. We are clean professional people and request the same from our renters.

Rick is a dentist in Stillwater Oklahoma and is an avid lifelong snow skier and cyclist. JanEtte has raised our 3 children and is now embracing the roll of grandmother. She snowshoes in the winter, but summer hiking and biking around Crested Butte is her favorite time.

The best location on the mountain! Take 5 steps out the sliding glass door and you're either skiing down to the lift or stepping into the hot tub. We have been going to Crested Butte for 10 years, once we found this location, it's the only place we stay. The interior is beautifully furnished, with a killer kitchen. The kids love it too, easy to ski down to for lunch and breaks. No need to go to the base for apres ski when you can hang out on the second floor deck and watch the last skiers come in for the day.

This condo is the definition of a ski in/ski out property. One walks out the sliding glass doors onto the patio, step into your skis, turns right and skis down to the Red Lady Express. It doesn't get any better than that. In addition the unit is very comfortable, well appointed and extermely well maintained. We have stayed at this unit for several years and when we make our plans to visit Crested Butte we always try to make it a priority to stay in this unit. It's fabulous.

This is a perfect condominium for the real skier. There is no better location at Crested Butte and the furnishings are immaculate. Enjoy your favorite beverage from the hot tub right on the slope!

This is the best place in Crested Butte for the mountain enthusiast. New remodel is great. Absolutely the easiest access to the mountain and ski village. You will not be disappointed!
