Our Sunset Beach Hula Hut is the ideal vacation spot for families, couples, or anyone wanting a great place to go without hoards of tourists and exorbitant prices. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the private lower half of a large 2200 square foot home can be your wonderful home-away-from-home. You will never want to come home! The upstairs managers are friendly and helpful.
You may want to spend your time here sightseeing, relaxing, or taking advantage of the famous Sunset Beach. Anything you may need for the beach is available for your use, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkels, masks, fins, books to read, float toys, etc.
While snorkeling, you may see many fish, sea turtles, and dolphins right off your own section of beautiful, white, sandy beach and in the winter you can take advantage of the big surf waves and see whales swimming by. We also have a Hawaiian Monk Seal that hangs out on our beach.
Ted's Bakery is 250 steps away and is famous for habit-forming cinnamon rolls, Danish, and cream pies. The three and one-half mile bike path takes you to Waimea Bay along the water's edge. You are only three miles from Turtle Bay Hilton with all the amenities including great restaurants and golf. The biggest problem with the place is coming home!
