My family and I stayed at the cabin in late March/early April of 2011. We had a family emergency in NC and had to find somewhere that could accommodate our family. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or service. We contacted the property manager, Teresa on a Saturday and were at the cabin on Tuesday! The property is much more that can be conveyed on a website and Teresa couldn't have been more helpful. Upon arrival we found the cabin to be well stocked and very clean with everything in order. The location is superb for quiet and relaxation, which is exactly what we needed. If I could rate the property with more than five stars, I would give it 100! Thank you Teresa, you will remain in our hearts for your kindness and thoughtfulness! Steve and Pat Traverse City, MI

Our family stayed at this rental back in October of 2008. I am so glad that VRBO is now accepting reviews of the rentals. Our stay there was absolutely magnificent. More than we ever expected. The house was immaculate. Everything was organized and included all the amenities that we needed. We are looking forward to our next trip there and we always recommend this rental to all of our friends.

We stayed in your beautiful cabin the week of 4/12/09 - The moment we stepped through the door it felt like a home away from home. All expectations were exceeded...the cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and BIG! The Hidden Lake community is beautiful, we enjoyed our walks each morning and the mountain views were breathtaking. My 3 year old is still asking when we are going to return to "his new home". We miss the cabin and can't wait to plan our next trip to Hidden Lake. The Fowler Family - Keith, Kelli, Nicholas, Nathan and Cody

We really enjoyed our time spent in your beautiful log cabin. We had a family reunion with relatives coming from Florida, Colorado, Tennessee, and North Carolina, some for the day, some overnight. The cabin was the perfect setting, and offered plenty of room for each family unit that stayed there. We hope to come back again soon!

This was our 4th time staying in Hidden Lake this year. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniv. the weekend of Aug.24-26. It's a very nice, comfy, quiet cabin where you can sit back, relax and enjoy plenty of BBQ's!We loved the deck off the master bedroom. Theresa always does an immaculate job of maintaining the cabins where you feel like you're the first renter!By the way, you're not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake James and so many other things to do.(It's hard to leave the cabin to go out and do touristy things!) Our friends my husband and my self visted for a weekend mid October for the weekend. Wow! what a weekend. Our experience with Theresa was great from start to finish. The Log Cabin is beautiful and very well kept. The location of this cabin is just perfect not far from so many things to do. We have allot of friends that like to travel, but the friends that we went with want to keep this cabin our secret because it is so nice. You cannot beat the price either. I would highly recommend this cabin our experience was wonderful. Cherie Rosa

I visited with my friends the Reids. We had an absolutely fabulous few days amongst scenery that sometimes took my breath away. Chimney Rock and Grandfather Mountain were equally spectacular and I have a bag of amethyst and topaz from gem mining that I hope will one day furnish me with sufficient funds to return

A wonderful few days. So much to do, so little time! We visited Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns & Falls, Chimney Rock, and went gem mining in Little Switzerland. We managed to visit the pool each morning before our adventures. Lots of meals outside, including homemade smores. We are planning our next visit! Thank you!
