This 9th floor Island Royale condo is so comfortable and relaxing you won't want to go home. Check in with the rest of the world if you must..there is wireless internet for convenience, or simply enjoy the fabulous views up and down the beach. Make some beach memories with friends and family. You can walk to restaurants and convenience store for ice cream and goodies.
The condo is decorated for both comfort and design. Recline on the leather loveseat and you can watch the surf roll in. This two bedroom condo on the 9th floor is fully equipped with every detail including an oversized rounded patio which is perfect for reading, or watching the beach over morning coffee. The master bedroom and the great room both face the beach, no buildings or road to block the view.
The interior has crown molding, high ceilings, and beautiful GRANITE KITCHEN COUNTERS. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking. The full size washer and dryer in the laundry offer a real plus for an extended beach stay.
Bring your own beach towels and the rest of the linens are furnished. We have the best of the best with our private cleaning service. This unit is always ready for guests. Barbara takes pride in her cleaning services.
There is parking for 2 cars per unit on the property. The 2nd floor of the complex offers great fitness equipment with a view of the beach. There is an outdoor pool with swim-thru to indoor pool, hot tub, and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.

We are original owners of this condo. It is our home away from home. We live in Indiana so it is a bit of a trip to the beach. Someday maybe we will be able to stay longer than a week at a time. Treat the condo gently and with respect. We like keeping it a special retreat for everyone.

We took a summer trip to Gulf Shores, Had a wonderful time.This was my first trip to this part of the beach Ms. Connie is so easy to work with, very very nice lady. The room was great,loved the view for the balcony. We loved eating at Lamberts.Had a much needed rest and stress free time. Would highly recommend this condo,as I said very helpful owners....Thanks Ms. Connie.

My family stayed in this property in mid July 2011, and throughly enjoyed it! It was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we could have posssbily needed in the kitchen. The balcony view was great and the walk to the beach was not too long of a trip. I enjoyed working with Connie & Jeff, they were very personable and professional. By far the nicest condo we have booked in the Gulf Shores area!

The entire booking process, confirmation process, and correspondence with the owner was very easy and prompt. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the ninth floor blacony from both the living area and bedroom access. The condo was well stocked and clean upon arrival. While the area was busy over the July 4th holiday our condo and beach area wasn't overly crowded. We enjoyed the convenient location to local restaurant and activities. We didn't want to leave and are ready to go back. Was great!

Our stay at this condo was great! The unit is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the bathroom. The photos really reflected the rentals appearance, very clean and well maintained. What a great location, close and even walking distance to shops and restaurants. An awesome view from the 9th floor!! The owners are very professional and very prompt with correspondence. Definitely will stay in this condo again and definitely will recommend it to our friends and relatives because it made us feel like it's our "Home away from Home!" Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Royale very much. The condo is spacious and nicely equipped, and the balcony overlooking the beach is wonderful. We stayed for a month, so the washer and dryer were great, as was the WI-FI. There are restaurants and stores in walking distance. In addition to walking on the beach every day, we enjoyed the trails in Gulf State Park and Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Our sightseeing included Fort Morgan, the Mobile Bay ferry, Bellingrath Gardens, and Pensacola Naval Air Museum. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores, and we had a wonderful time.

Had a great time. The condo was very nice, well decorated, great location, steps away from the beach, and a wonderful veiw from the balcony. We walked to the Hang Out and other shops. It's nice not having to drive everywhere and hunt parking places. Hope to be back in a few months.

We loved your condo. The view was amazing. The condo is close to everything. We loved all the amenities your condo offered. We ate out most of the time to have real seafood. :) Our young daughters, 8 and 7, just had a blast going back and forth to the beach and the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer. I just wanted to sit on the balcony the entire visit and watch the dolphins frolic and the spring breakers walk on the beach. Just AMAZING. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful oceanfront/beachfront condo. Hope to be back soon! We stayed March 13th-17th 2010.

"This place is awesome!!!!! The condo was even better than the description. It's in a great location and proximity to everything. When we arrived the A/C was not cooling. The owners immediately acted and a repairman arrived within a few hours. I would recommend this condo to everyone. This is a place my family and friends will be visiting for many years.

This condo is a lovely place to stay! The view from the oversize balcony is wonderful! The amenities are very nice with very comfy beds. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.
