The Ventana Canyon Resort and Country Club is only one mile north, and Sabino Canyon is only five minutes away. The condo is located on the ground floor and includes covered parking plus all the appliances in your home. Covered parking, wireless internet, cable TV and electricity are all included. This unit has no stairs from the parking lot to the unit, nor within the unit. A safety bar has been installed in the bathtub for easy access.
