This premium 5th floor, beachfront condo in the west tower is perfect for a couple or small family. Enjoy your morning stroll on the beach or at Pier Park. Not big enough? We have a 2-bedroom plus private bunk room unit in the west tower - also with great rates. Call or email for availability.

Our weekly & monthly rates include taxes and end of stay cleaning fee. Rates also include free high-speed Internet, free premium cable TV, and unlimited local phone calls.

This 1 bedroom unit with two bunk beds feels like a full size 2-bedroom unit and Sleeps 6 with comfort. Our Owner Pricing saves you hundreds of dollars off the onsite Management office and other travel web sites.

Our condo has been professionally decorated and features upscale furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.

Your luxury accommodations include a large Gulf front living room, a master bedroom with King Size Bed and Private Bath. There are two twin bunks recessed in the hallway for the "little ones"! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Our 5th floor location is absolutely ideal!! Don't spend your precious vacation time riding the elevators to the 23rd floor! Check out the view of the beach and Dan Russell Pier from the balcony. Watch the dolphins on their daily "commute"!

There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.

Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, TOOTSIES, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex - and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks. $300 security deposit required.

Please note: All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts. Also, our properties are family resorts and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees.

Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.
