Our rental rates include all taxes, end of stay cleaning, free high-speed Internet, free premium cable TV, no charge for local phone calls and FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (thru Oct 31).
This 1 bedroom unit with two bunk beds but feels like a full size 2-bedroom unit and Sleeps 6 with comfort. Our Owner Pricing saves you hundreds of dollars off the onsite Management office and other travel web sites.
Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café. The Boardwalk section of Pier Park opened February 2008 and numerous other stores opened up in March.
Our condo has been professionally decorated and features upscale furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.
Your luxury accommodations include a large Gulf front living room, a master bedroom with King Size Bed and Private Bath. There are two twin bunks recessed in the hallway for the "little ones"! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Our 5th floor location is absolutely ideal!! Don't spend your precious vacation time riding the elevators to the 22nd floor! Check out the view of the beach and Dan Russell Pier from our balcony. You feel like you are right there on the beach even when you are relaxing on your balcony!
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks. $300. security deposit required.
We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.
RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
