This large family owned, furnished home, located on 175 feet of private Elk Lake frontage, is just a 5 minute car ride or a fun bike ride, (some bikes provided), to the Village of Elk Rapids and Lake Michigan. This versatile home offers an ideal gathering place for three generation family vacations or a romantic getaway for a couple.
A large master bedroom with a queen bed and a large bath with a jacuzzi tub; an apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 singles), a shared bath, and a small deck; another bedroom (queen bed) with a 1/2 bath; plus two more sleeping rooms (two single beds in one and a queen sofa bed plus two singles in the other) provide the sleeping spaces. The full kitchen, a separate dining room, a large living room, a sun room, and a recreation/sleeping area in the lower level, which has a pool table, combine with the large yard to provide great spaces for both togetherness and separateness when needed.
The large outdoor spaces provide plenty of areas for croquet, badminton, picnicking on the supplied picnic tables and other activities. The beautiful waters of Elk Lake offer great opportunities for swimming, boating (canoe and rowboat provided), and relaxing.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
June-August .. $3000/week (+ 6% MI tax), Saturday-Saturday for up to 18 people.
Security deposit of $300 which will be refunded if no damage occurs.
$500 deposit to hold reservation, Remainder of fees due 30 days before arrival.
