Kona - Hawaii is a very comfortable location in Hawaii. The weather is always around 82 degrees.
The Alii Villas Condos are very well built and the buildings are constructed of masonry. The people at Alii Villas are very nice and friendly. The Condos complex is very well maintained, beautiful landscaping and the swiming pool is large, heated & very nice.The condo complex is on the ocean side of Alii Drive.
You have a short walk to the town of Kailua Kona and all of the shops and restaurants.
