Get ready to relax and enjoy this fun coastal chic beach house. We have decorated and tried to think of everything to make your stay one you won't forget. This Beach House has a large front and back yard and fenced and landscaped pool. The heated pool is completely private, and gets full sun all day! Great to have full sun and save on heating the pool. This private neighborhood is just steps to the beach and walking distance to great shopping, restaurants,services and fun of Coligny Plaza. Our home is located on a large corner lot on a quiet dead end street. Our street is mostly full time Islander residents, friendly neighbors welcome you and your family and friends.
It has been elegantly furnished with a West Indies/Caribbean feel and each room is professionally decorated with bright Island colors. We pamper our guests with little luxuries that make their stay with us special like: superior bedding, fine linens and premium cotton towels. Also two charter club hotel collection robes are provided in both master bedrooms. We will make your vacation a unique and unforgettable experience! Many of our guests have become annual guests we look forward to seeing them year after year. Our home is not rented to large "party groups" to keep it impeccably clean and extremely well maintained. It is truly a perfect family vacation home.

This home boasts two fully-equipped kitchens. The first floor gourmet kitchen has been completely renovated Nov. 2010. All new cabinets, granite/stainless new major and small top of the line appliances. We have thought of every thing from martini glassware to you name it! as well as an outdoor bar and grill. Two separate living areas, with high ceilings, and two master bedrooms - one with its own screened porch - make this home great for large groups. The sundeck with gas grill, sitting area, bar and outdoor speakers overlooks the pool and is great for entertaining. Lots of poolside chairs and chaise lounges.

In all there are: two king beds, one full bed, two twin beds and two queen sleeper sofas. Other amenities include: port-a-crib with sheets, baby monitor and gate, four satellite new Flat Screened TVs, DVD and VCR players, stereo with CD, Play Station ll. We even supply beach towel ,beach chairs and lots of beach toys. Beautiful fenced pool with lush landscaping, pool side bar and entertainment area including table and chairs and outdoor shower.

PS: All Food and Beverage consumed at Beauty & the Beach is calorie free,so we have been told by our guests!

There are plenty of serving cocktail glasses, trays, bowls, dinnerware etc. Including great plastic ware for children and poolside entertaining!

It is a safe neighborhood to ride their bikes minimal traffic. Great bike paths & a short ride to Coligny Plaza. There are 14 homes on our street 8 homes are occupied by full time year round (islanders) residents raising their families on this street. Everyone watches out for each other and are very friendly. Safe, uncrowded Beach with in walking distance!Walk or Bike anywhere
