Get ready to relax and enjoy this fun coastal chic beach house. We have decorated and tried to think of everything to make your stay one you won't forget. This Beach House has a large front and back yard and fenced and landscaped pool. The heated pool is completely private, and gets full sun all day! This private neighborhood is just steps to the beach and walking distance to great shopping, restaurants,services and fun of Coligny Plaza. Our home is located on a large corner lot on a quiet dead end street.
It has been elegantly furnished with a West Indies/Caribbean feel and each room is professionally decorated with bright Island colors. We pamper our guests with little luxuries that make their stay with us special like: superior bedding, fine linens and premium cotton towels. Also two charter club hotel collection robes are provided in both master bedrooms. We will make your vacation a unique and unforgettable experience! Many of our guests have beome annual guests we look forward to seeing them year after year.
This home boasts two fully-equipped kitchens, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. Two separate living areas, with high ceilings, and two master bedrooms - one with its own screened porch - make this home great for large groups. The sundeck with gas grill, sitting area, bar and outdoor speakers overlooks the pool and is great for entertaining.
In all there are: two king beds, one full bed, two twin beds and two queen sleeper sofas. Other amenities include: port-a-crib with sheets, baby monitor and gate, four satellite TVs, DVD and VCR players, stereo with CD, Play Station ll, even beach chairs and toys. Beautiful fenced pool with lush landscaping, pool side bar and entertainment area including table and chairs and outdoor shower.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have vacationed on Hilton Head for 4 years and left the Island with dreams of moving from Ky to HHI, SC. In 1986 our dream came true we moved to Hilton Head and it has been a dream come true every day! We bought this home orginally for my parents to live in but my father died after a short illness and my mother moved into a retirement community here on the Island. We decided to make it a short term rental and have a place for our family and friends to stay in when they came to visit us. It is a joy to share our love for the Island in a wonderful home and a perfect location. Even though we live here, we love to visit our family 7 friends when they are in town staying at Beauty & the Beach it is pure fun!

We were raised in Northern Kentucky and moved to Hiltion Head in 1986. We fell in love with Hilton Head and decided to make it our home. We have two children and own several businesses on Hilton Head. We are very involved with our community, schools and our church. Life is Good on Hilton Head!
We love to travel and we appreciate renting a home that has alot of love put in decorating and creature comforts along with quality furnishings and the little extras that make our stay special.
