We just had a cancellation for a 2 month rental - 10/15/09 - 12/15/09. This vacation period was reserved in March so we are ready to DEAL!
This is a unique waterfront home in one of Cape Coral’s most highly sought after areas, Unit 64 - South of Cape Coral Parkway and West of Skyline Drive. This area is very close to downtown, the Yacht Club, the rose garden area, as well as local beaches. While many homes in the area were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, this home is unique because it is a newer home (built in 2000) that contains 1950 square feet of air conditioned living area. You will find everything new, bright and very clean. Casa Rianne is our future retirement home, so it has been furnished with style, keeping comfort and convenience in mind. The house has an open floor so the house feels even larger than it is. There are triple sliding glass doors from the family room to the patio and pool. In addition, the breakfast room, master bedroom and queen bedroom also have sliding doors to the backyard with a view of the canal. The family room has ample seating with a new couch, loveseat, chair and two moveable ottomans. There is a 52 inch Hitachi high definition television with cable. In fact, all three bedrooms have televisions with cable access.
There’s an additional DVD player as well as a VHS player in the bedrooms. The telephone service has unlimited local and long distance calling to the USA.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, dishes, flatware and cookware. There is a large, indoor laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. In addition, there is a large walk in pantry off of the laundry room and a smaller, butler’s pantry off of the kitchen. The house has lot’s of closets and storage space, two walk-in closets in the master bedroom, one solid wall of closets in the bedroom with the queen bed and a walk-in closet in the bedroom with the twin beds.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a luxurious master bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, oversized walk in shower and two vanity/sink areas. The other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and twin beds in the other and they share the bathroom located between them.Cape Coral is located south of Tampa; just minutes from Fort Myers and about 20 minutes north of Naples. It is approximately two and a half hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. Restaurants and shopping areas are minutes away.We allow smoking outside and well behaved dogs inside. The backyard is fenced.

We had a wonderful vacation. We went out on the boat and enjoyed beautiful weather. The pool came in handy many times. We went out to dinner at Sany Hook on Pine Island and it was wonderful. We docked the boat and went to Cabbage Key. We had a blast!

We have really enjoyed this beautiful home and the Cape Coral area. It was our first visit to the area and we enjoyed exploring it, especially on the boat. Our first time out we spotted manatees, dolphins, egrets & beautiful brown pelicans. Adam & Phillip went fishing every day catching all varieties of fish. We are leaving this wonderful home with much more than we came with - cameras full of photos & hearts full of memories.

Our son loves the fishing off the dock - caught 2 keeper snapper. Captain Don stopped and gave Edie his lesson. What a nice man and he was able to make Eddie sea worthy - Nice Boat!!! Love the house. The guys went out on the boat again - lots of fish in the freezer. Saw a dolphin in the canal out back - that was pretty cool.

We had a great time here. You offer much more than the average rental making this great value. The use of the boat was a wonderful plus and the house and amenities are ???(can't read word). this was our thrid home rental in Cape Coral and by far the best. Happy new year and thanks for the memories.
