Two Large Decks with full ocean views, one off the downstairs master bedroom and the other porch off the kitchen and living room. Both are great places to enjoy catching the warm sunshine or enjoying the beautiful sunsets. There is an additional backyard porch overlooking the backyard with furniture to relax and read a book. Five minute walk to Victoria Beach with a walkway under PCH at Nyes Place to Victoria Beach or Montage Hotel. Victoria Beach is a family friendly beach with a summer lifeguard and a float to swim to. There are only 4 parking spaces at the beach, making it a neighborhood beach that is not crowded and very friendly. 15 minute walk to downtown Laguna Beach. Three bedroom, three bath house with two large ocean view decks (see pictures)
Newly remodeled with new appliances, carpet, and furniture. Two master bedrooms with king beds, full baths and their own private decks. One master has a queen sofa sleeper and the other has an additional double bed. Third bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Each bedroom has own full bath, cable TV, wireless internet, DVD players. Living room is cozy with fireplace, flat screen TV and Wie game for family entertainment. Game cabinet full of family games and DVD's.

Love, love,loved it! Very yummy and comfortable place to stay and relax. Fabulous view and wonderful amenities.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This is a beautifully kept property, has all the amenities that you could want, beautiful, linens/beds awesome, outdoor spaces inviting and enjoyable. We had 6 people and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The views are terrific and it is out of the way of the busy town traffic, but close by too. Landlord is great to work with. Only drawback is; neighbors on both sides are kooks.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.
