The "Inn on Miners Ave." is a great house on a quiet street in Lead. The house dates back to 1900 and has been tastefully updated to suit today's vacationer. This three bedroom, 1000 square foot home features two queen-size and one double beds, a single bed as well as a roll-away. There is one bathroom with a shower and one with a tub. This home would be a perfect base to explore the incredible Black Hills and surrounding area. The Black Hills, Lead and Deadwood are steeped in history and indoor and outdoor activities are available for all interests. There is plenty of on and off-street parking as well as a small one-car garage.
Summertime outdoor activities include hiking or biking the 107-mile Mickelson Trail that can be accessed less than a mile from the house. The same trail is available to snowmobilers from Dec. 1 - March 30.
Grocery, discount, and convenience stores and gas stations are located less than a half mile from the house and yet are well out of sight.
