The Anglers Cove Cabin (built 1940), is a property of Heaven View Ranch Inc. and is a two bedroom, one bath home that can sleep six with hot tub and high speed wireless internet.
We are open year round and located in the small resort like town of Green Mountain Falls, and within walking distance to many of those vacation activities you would expect in a resort community.
You will smile at the carved bear hugging his catch of the day beckoning you to come and enjoy this special get away. From the front porch, you have an inviting swing for two, or a hammock to enjoy that book or talks with a friend. You will also find a short walk to the lake to see swans, and ducks inviting you to come for a hand in hand walk around the lake and enjoy the gazebo.
The back yard is a private getaway with views of the mountains and not too distant sounds of water falls. It offers a hot tub, gas BBQ and furniture for your outside dining.
The home is decorated in the flavor of the period with warm cozy mix of leather, rich woods, down comforters and great appointments.
The master bedroom provides a private get away with a hand carved four poster queen-size bed, cozy quilt and down comforter. There is a queen-size sleigh bed in the second bedroom and 2 additional guests can sleep on two single ottoman sleepers.
The living room offers leather sofa and love seat with Bose home theater in addition to an old fashioned fireplace for those cozy evenings enjoying a hot cup of cocoa.
You will not be for want of anything in this luxury accommodation as we supply everything that you would expect in a fully equipped home, some of which are bedding and towels, to condiments, coffee, wood for the fireplace, cleaning products for dishes/laundry and more.
Our previous guests state this is one of the most fully equipped vacation homes they have ever enjoyed and that we have thought of everything. We even supply fishing poles and some tackle for you to use at the lake across from the park.
Green Mountain Falls, in and of itself, is a wealth of year round activities offering many opportunities for building those vacation memories. You can find out all about this small resort community on the web.
CABIN OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Cabin occupancy limit of six for this cabin is strictly enforced.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
You must be 21 years or older to secure reservation at any of Heaven View Ranch locations.
Credit card is required for payment.
50% deposit is required at booking.
Rental fees for reservations are due in full 60 days in advance of the date on which the reservation begins and will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.
Rental fees for reservations made less than 60 days in advance are due in full at the time the reservation is made.
Reservations shall not be transferred or assigned without consent of Heaven View Ranch Inc.
CANCELLATION FEE
Before 60 days of arrival, there is a 15% Cancellation fee of the original booking total including tax and cleanout.
REFUNDS
Within 60 days of arrival 15% Cancellation fee as noted above applies. Remainder will be refunded ONLY if the home can be re-rented.
We recommend you check out travel insurance for your stay with us.
DAMAGE
Charges will be made for any broken or missing items & for any damages to furnishings & equipment in the amount necessary to replace and/or repair said items.
An additional cleaning charge will be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out.

We spent Labor Day weekend at this property, we loved every bit of this home, it was warm and inviting from the moment we stepped in the door. The home is furnished with all you would need and then some. The furniture is very comfortable too! The hot tub was my favorite and laying in the hammock on a lazy afternoon.

We felt more at home at Angler's Cove than we do in our own house! We entered to find it lit with lovely, warm lighting, soft music playing, and the wonderful scent of spices and pine in the air. There were too many "nice touches" to list. I especially loved the thick, super-soft rugs we stepped onto each morning when climbing out of bed. The place was amazingly cozy, yet never cramped - even with 3 toddlers! It's a hop, skip and jump from the beautiful lake, duck feeding and of course The Pantry (best breakfast around!). There are TONS of hiking trails within walking distance, most of which lead you to gorgeous waterfalls. Our kids were still a little too young for hiking, but they loved playing at the creek that runs all the way through town. We drove the lazy back-road all the way to The Wines of Colorado for a fantastic burger by the creekside. We also journeyed by car up to the top of the spectacular Pikes Peak. Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs were fun and charming areas for shopping and dining, both less than 20 minutes from the cabin. But actually, the best thing to do is relax right in the back yard! Even the grass is comfy! From there we saw several deer, a fox and a woodpecker. Who needs the zoo? We loved the hammock, too. My husband thrilled at the ease of the gas grill. The hot tub was so nice - we couldn't think of a better way to stargaze. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. The owners even let us stay an extra night. We're already looking into returning as soon as possible! Thank you Mark and Brenda!

What a wonderful, beautiful place. Everything you would need has been considered and provided. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to relax, see the beautiful surrounding areas, yet have the comforts of home. The deer passing by were quite the nice touch! Beautiful place! We spent a week there and loved every minute. Lots to do in the area, and everything you would ever need to be comfortable. Recommend highly!

Very nice cottage that is close to everything- well furnished and very comfortable. minutes to 7 Falls, Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak cog ride to the summit, Garden of the Gods and only an hour to raft at the Royal Gorge- we know because we did it all and more in 4 days
