This is a great condo, with lots of space for our group of 5. Very up to date, excellent condition with very well stocked kitchen. The unit is closer to the beach and has better views than it appears from the photos on the website. Owner is very easy to work with and much more responsive than anyone else we've ever stayed with. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

We are on our way home from a great vacation! We love visiting Florida and it is even better when your accommodations are wonderful! My family and I were looking forward to staying in Eileen's condo, but we were ecstatic when we walked in. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! It was also very well stocked with necessities that we did not get last year when we stayed somewhere else. My kids were ready to move in permanently as soon as we got there. Eileen is so easy to work with. She is very kind and truly wants you to have a great vacation. She has even prepared a large binder with information about the area and some of her favorites. We highly recommend staying here!

Stayed the last week of July and had a wonderful time. This was the nicest condo we have stayed at, especially in this price range. Everything was first class. We have stayed in Blue Mtn several times but this was our first in this facility. Plenty of room on the beach and the building was very quiet. Pool is small but was never crowded. Covered parking is certainly a plus! Would definitely recommend to others!

Just returned from a week at the beach and can't wait to go back!! This condo is one of the best stocked condo's my family has ever stayed in. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, storage containers, pots, pans and towels!! She even has sharp knives!! The new cabinets, back splash and appliances are beautiful and making cooking in such a pleasure! The quality of everything as well as the original art let you know this is someone's home and not just a rental. The beach here is wonderful! The complex is right next to a private residential area that has a private beach so there was no one on the beach to the right of us for at least 200 yards. Compare this to the beach at Sandestin where we had lunch on Saturday and there were four or five rows of chairs & umbrellas!! The owner was great to work with and answered all of our questions. The people who manage the condo for her were very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Eileen's condo. Everything you need is there. It is truly one of the most tastefully decorated places our family has stayed. It is quiet, safe and very family oriented. We loved the beach and pool area. A perfect vacation!

We stayed in Eileen's condo July 3 thru July 10. It was wonderful. The nice furniture, new appliances, pretty artwork, and ocean view were excellent. We had seven people 6 adults and 1 teen fit very comfortably. The whole complex is situated on a private location. My extended family of 32 all stayed in different condos at Blue Lupine. We set up our tent, umbrellas, and chairs everyday and felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The beach was gorgeous and the water was so pretty. We have so many nice memories of our stay. We will definitely come back! Thanks Eileen for everything!!

We had a great experience during our week long vacation to this condo. The area is so nice and uncrowded. This was very pleasant to us because we have a two year old. It was great for her to get to play on the beach that was not over crowded. The pool area was great and the condo was perfect. It has a huge balcony overlooking some beautiful sunsets every night. The condo had a very secure feeling to it as well. There are gate codes to get in the pool area from the condo and beach side. There is also a key required to get onto the elevator, so it makes you feel very comfortable and safe anywhere on the property. You are so close to so many good places to eat. Overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed how easy it was working with Eileen the owner. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks again Eileen for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

May 2010: Our family just returned home after staying for a week in this condo, and we would recommend it as a good option to anyone looking to rent on the beach in this area. The property overall, as well as the unit we stayed in, are in very good shape. The place is modern, clean, nicely furnished, and there is easy access to the beach and pool. The beach area is private; owned by the property and it's owners. From all the photos you can't really see how the building is situated or how much beach view you have. The property is rectangular in shape, with one of the narrow ends of the building facing the beach directly. Because of this configuration, the side units have more or less view of the beach, depending on how far back you are in the property. This unit is on the west side of the property (the best side to be on), about half way back, so there is some view of the ocean from the windows. There is also a nice, large deck, where the sunset views are wonderful. There are large (very nice) private homes on either side of the condo so the overall situation is modern and comfortable. The condo is nicely furnished and all appliances are new and in good condition. There were 5 adults and a 2 year old in our party and we had a great time. All agreed that it was one of our better vacations! Eileen, the property owner, is very pleasant and easy to deal with. She had someone meet us when we arrived to show us around the property, which was VERY helpful. There are security gates and codes to get into the property or to go into the pool or beach area. This security aspect is very nice. If you are not familiar with the Blue Mtn. Beach area, we think it is the best of all the areas to stay. Destin has become very large and busy over the past 30 years and, to us, the area between Sandestin and Watercolor / Seaside really has the most reasonable options and pricing for a vacation. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Watercolor and Seaside, but they are very pricey, and more on the glitzy end of beach life. This place is great. Convenient to a great supermarket, good restaurants, stores and shopping, but without being in the middle of the busyness, glitz and high-end developments. Just right for us! If a condo environment is good for you, then you will find this place to be a great option and a good value for your dollar. Many thanks to Eileen for the entire experience! We will be back!

Thank you, Eileen, for the MARVELOUS gift of five days in your beautiful condo. It was the perfect setting for Betsy, Peggy and me to enjoy our once-a-year time together. It was quiet luxury and we happily basked in it together! Because I'm so familiar with the area I was able to show Betsy and Peggy lots of things in the area and your condo is superbly located for both directions! Thank you, again, for your kindness and generosity. We'll always remember our time there! Warmly, Anne

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo~ perfect for any family or couple. We have stayed in B&B's and rentals all over the world and this definitely rates as one of the best in terms of comfort and great location! Everything is provided, from beautiful dishes to games and videos. We walked to local restaurants and shops, sat on the beach at night, and enjoyed nearby resort towns. We plan to come back many times.

This is paradise. I was given the master suite during a sisters' reunion, and the spacious accommodations were overwhelmingly luxurious; I enjoyed every inch, especially the private balcony. The open floorplan of the condo makes it easy to communicate, and the functional areas such as the kitchen, dining area, and adjacent sofas and easy chairs, made for very comfortable and relaxed cooking, meals and entertainment. Every detail was even higher quality than advertised, and the nearby attractions are stupendous. If you want to spend quality time with family in an environment that allows you to either totally relax on the beach, or rev up to kid-friendly amusement venues, shopping, and cultural events, the choice is yours daily. The towns that have evolved here and in surrounding neighborhoods are amazing to see with their rapid growth. They have met the challenge well.

This was the perfect place for our family of six. This condo was not only beautifully decorated and immaculate, but it had everything we could have possibly needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we used daily. (With such a large family, this saved us quite a bit on rentals!) I was also extremely pleased with the personal and hospitable interaction I had with both the owner and local contact person. I felt as though I was a family member! Thanks so much for such a great experience on our first VRBO rental!

We have vacationed in this area of Florida several times. We love the beaches and the azure colored surf, which is perfect for families with young children. When we come here we always stay at the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach. And we always chose unit 222. It is such a relief knowing that the condo will be immaculate, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We love waking up to the sound of the surf, (when we have our windows opened), the sun brigtening the beautifully decorated rooms, and looking out the windows to check out the day's surf. It is such a relief to know that when we stay here everything will be perfect and all we have to do is enjoy ourselves. And that's easy to do when staying here!!

I love staying at the Blue Inn at Mountain Beach. Lots of privacy, gorgeous beach, and access to the pool and hot tub make it great for my family. The master suite bed is the most comfortable bed my husband and I have slept on. The condo is very comfortable and the layout allows a couple privacy in the master suite while the children had their own room and bathroom on the other side of the condo. The area is fantastic for shopping and visiting the nearby art galleries and restaurants. I can't wait to return!

What a great place! I loved the spacious layout and the fact that my kids could be on the other side of the condo from the master bedroom. Given the difference in bedtimes, it added to the functionality of the space! My husband and I could stay up later, enjoying the balcony and ocean breezes and view without worrying about bothering the kids. You have done a great job with the furnishings...I lacked for nothing and the luxury of the surroundings enhanced the sense of really getting away. Can't wait to come again.
