This gorgeous, clean, custom-built home is referred to as the "Lodge at Little Court." Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with bike paths right out the back door, the Lodge sits centrally located in the heart of Sunriver (at Cirlce 3). Less than a TEN MINUTE WALK to the Village and Country Store, you will find peace, relaxation and virtually any activity you desire in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. This house is perfect for families who want close proximity to the South Pool, Lodge, ice rink, tennis courts, playground, the Village shopping, and unlimited use of Mavericks Health Club and Spa!
Professionally-decorated, bright and easy to keep up, this 1600 sq ft house was built in 2003 and sleeps seven people comfortably, with room for an additional guest on a sofa bed or an extra child on the trundle in the upstairs kids' bedroom. Upstairs guest bedroom also features a king bed. Master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bath.
The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and pine cabinets. Hardwood pine floors throughout the main floor, carpet upstairs.
Please Note: Renters who appreciate cleanliness will find it here as this house does not allow pets or smoking and appreciates "stocking feet" only inside.

Their home/rental is wonderful. When my family and I stayed there it instantly felt like our home. The location was great, close to the mall and the park and all the hiking/biking trails. We had the best time there and I'm planning a trip now to go back
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
