Be the first to enjoy this "newly built" beach house. A charming two story on the ocean side, only steps to the Blue Pacific Ocean.

The first level has a fully equipped kitchen, maple cabinetry, and a granite entertainment bar that opens to the living room.In addition, the first floor boasts a fireplace and french doors which open on to a deck with a BBQ and patio furniture. At the top of the skylite stairwell you will be welcomed by a double door entry which leads to the master bedroom that houses a queen-size bed. the remaining two bedrooms comfortably sleep four.There is also bunkbeds,bottom is a full bed.
RATES for December thru March: $250/NT excluding holidays
There is a 4 day minimum Sept to May $250/nt

  • We had a fabulous time at this beach house. It is very close to the beach, just a short stroll. We had 2 toddlers with us and it was so easy to just get up and walk to the water without having to pack everything up. The beach toys were great, as was the WiFi. Anne and her daughter were always available when we had questions about the rental. We look forward to renting again next summer. Thanks so much.

  • We just returned from a wonderful week at this house. The location was fabulous and the house was in great shape. We had three little ones with us and really appreciated all of the sand toys and beach chairs - the girls made us carry the giant bucket full of the them to the beach every time we went. Neighbors were great as well - we will definitely be back! If you go with kids definitely have a meal at the Green Flash - incredibly kid-friendly!

  • We enjoyed this home away from home with our children and grandchildren. The beach house is comfortable and attractively decorated. The location is ideal, close to the beach, and attractions and shopping. We would all love to come back!
