Direct oceanfront Condo on the third floor of three story building with spectacular view of Atlantic Ocean from this Outer Banks location. The unit is turn-key with all kitchen, bath and sleeping accessories. The complex also has coin operated washers and dryers on-site.
These Condos are located in a central area of Atlantic Beach for driving and walking to Fort Macon State Park and nearby restaurants and shops.
The unit has NEW furniture this season in the den and master bedroom, including a new queen bed and matress and a great queen sleeper and a 32" LCD Cable TV. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. This unit is one of the most affordable on the oceanfront and very comfortable for four to six people.

I take tremendous pride in the conditions of my condo to offer people a wonderful and comfortable vacation. I took my parents after the last renter and found the condo clean. There were no hairs on the beds or living area and we looked everywhere. The shower curtain was due to be changed which I do at the end of every season. Cleaning should have alerted me when things appear worn. Ants were visable in one cabinet due to a past renter leaving an open sugar container. I take it very personally if there are any problems and I have corrected the few issues that I found.

Cute place that was not clean upon arrival. Hair was in bedrooms and living areas, mold covered the shower curtin in bathroom, sweat stains covered pillows and ants and sticky dishes completed the experience.
