Family owned Deluxe, Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condominium located in the center of Tower 1 on the second floor at the renown Edgewater Beach Resort with spectacular gulf views over the signature 11,500 square foot Lagoon Pool and 1000 feet of white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

This spacious "Deluxe" floor plan includes over 1366 square feet of living space that is optimized to provide maximum views of the blue-green waters from both the living and dining room. Perfect for the two families who want to vacation together but need the privacy as well. Additionally, a generous private balcony is the ideal place to enjoy the ocean breeze, an intimate sunset dinner, or a quiet time to enjoy a book.

The family owned smoke-free unit is tastefully decorated and equipped with every convenience you will need for your beach vacation. A fully-equipped and newly remodelled kitchen is available for a family dinner or you can enjoy fine dining at one of the many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the resort. All linens and towels are provided as well as a full-size washer and dryer. Our family uses this condo yearly. So bring your family to the beach for the most memorable vacation of your life.

  • We just rented this unit over spring break and Loved it. We were with 10 other families renting other units at Edgewater and everyone was jealous of our unit...it is by far the nicest. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

  • First time to Panama City Beach. We had a wonderful stay with perfect weather. Great, convenient location off the elevator. Nice, well kept condo, grounds, and beach. We will definitely consider using this rental again.

  • My family just stayed in this condo on 4/7-4/14/07. We were very pleased with it. We vacationed with two other families and found this condo to be the best. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, also, plenty of storage. The bedrooms had large t.v.'s and very comfortable beds. The condo has a very tropical feeling, with many new furnishings. The view was beautiful and the balcony had nice furniture. We enjoyed our stay very much in this condo and enjoyed working with the owner.

  • This is a wonderful condo with above average ammenities. It is beautifully decorated with very modern colors. The beds and the furniture are very comfortable. The view is awesome. It is very conveniently located to the elevator, stairs, parking, pool and beach. We've been to PC many times, and this by far is the best place we've stayed. The owner was great to work with and was always available if needed.
