Casa Chelonia has a fully-equipped new kitchen, granite counters, stainless gas oven, sink, microwave, toaster & toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, juicer. There is a small breakfast nook just off the kitchen, one bathroom upstairs in living area with new tiled pool. All rooms on first floor have doors opening to the front veranda and are screened with fans. First floor offers one king bedroom with private full bath and one double bedroom with sleeping area for a child and separate full bathroom. The large tastefully decorated living room with TV/DVD has large open air doors to the garden and front terrace. Covered parking, outdoor shower, new ceiling fans throughout the house.

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Escondido
Cumana beach is special, private, beautiful; while we are not beach-front perse, we are right across from the beachfront, a minute to the beach, with a nice view from our open air upper deck living areas. Puerto Escondio is a relaxed, surfer and vacation town, the beaches are beautiful, there are no high rises, the restaurants are fabulous, the local people are very kind and hardworking, the nature abounds around you everywhere. Mountains on one side, and ocean on the other, the weather is great most of the year.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The best part about our house is the infinity pool on the second floor, which is a private paradise in itself. Everything is within reach, the lounge chairs, the kitchen, bathroom, living room and views all around. Our beach is by far the most beautiful beach we have been on. You can spend a day at the beach and maybe see one other person, you will see many birds and pelicans. Every morning we walk the beach for a half hour, and at sunset we set up at the beach to watch the sun go down. The ocean breezes are cool enough so we don't need air conditioning. There is a very good restaurant nearby and town is about 15 minutes, close enough to go for dinner and far enough to be a perfect getaway vacation. The restaurants in town are all unique and fun and the fresh fish and cuisine is inexpensive and delicious. Watching the sunset at dinner on the beach ... every night or stay at home and make a meal and hang out with the stereo under the palapa. It's the people that make the place and the environment makes it a gem of a beach community.
