Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, charcoal barbecue with picnic table, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and game room located above the rental office.
Enjoy your vacation in our home away from home. Our “A” Floor plan is the largest floor plan at Sunbird. This is the only type of Floor plan at Sunbird that gives you the room to totally enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach. You'll have incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico's Emerald Waters year-round from your own private balcony on the 10th Floor.
Pineapple Willy's, one of PCB’s most famous restaurants, is right next door and Spinaker’s is only a short walk down the beach. Both of these restaurants offer a great selection of excellent food with an unforgettable view of the Gulf while you’re enjoying your meal. Sunbird is also only a short walk away from WalMart and many fast-food restaurants. For nighttime entertainment, Spinakers and Club Lavela night clubs are also within walking distance. Right across the street from Sunbird is the Laketown Wharf where there is a spectacular Audio/Visual/Water display similar to Las Vegas' Bellagio Hotel.
Create a gourmet dinner or a quick snack in your fully-equipped kitchen. You be able to see the beach from the kitchen and dining area. Our spacious bedroom has a King-Size bed with a premium mattress so you can enjoy a great nights sleep. The couch in our large living room has a full sized sleeper for your children or your overnight guests.
The bedroom has new furniture with new comforter on bed. The bathroom counter has new porcelain tile and new sink and faucet. We also installed a new cast iron tub and polished porcelain tile all around the tub. No more fiberglass shower/tub enclosure!!
We have added FREE Wireless Internet access inside our unit for your convenience and we just purchased new furniture for the living room and painted the unit this past November.

We enjoy the Sunbird because it is a smaller condominium complex and therefore, less crowded. It is a gated community with good management and security. It is convenient to all shopping, restaurants, and water activities. Parking is directly in front of the condo and your vehicle is convenient to you at all times. No parking deck to contend with.

This condo is beautiful. Great beach view and good location. This condo is beautifully decorated and has a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the heated pool. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

We just got back from our eight day vacation at PCB and we can't say enough great things about our condo. Very clean and well kept as well as spacious. The decor is very relaxing and the condo had everything we needed. Sunbird itself was very friendly and well kept. We felt the owners advertising of their condo definitely did it justice. If PCB is again in our near future for vacations we will revisit this owners condo and would not stay anywhere else! Highly recommend this condo! You won't regret it! Thanks again for having us! We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and had the most fabulous time. The beach was not over crowded, the place was bigger than imagined, and the view is incredible. We really enjoyed the location, being next to Pineapple Willy's, as well as close to good restaurants and clubs. We never had any problems getting into the complex either. We will definately be back for another stay with prices like this!!!

We had a great time at the sunbird. The condo was perfect and couldn't have had a better time. Convenient to EVERYTHING, and best of all right next door to Pineapple Willys. Awsome view from the 10th floor balcony and renting from Chris and Marianne was friendly and easy. We will definately use them again. Thanks you guys.

We loved the view that this unit has to offer. This is our second time to rent this unit. We had a wonderful Spring Break the boys had a woderfull time playing at the beach and pool. We are planning on coming back next year for Spring Break hopefully we can come down for the Fourth of July. Thanks Marianne and Chris for allowing us to stay here at the Sunbird.
