Luxury villa of 260 m2 can accommodate up to 12 people thanks to its 5 large bedrooms. Orient beach at 1/4 miles. The Villa is surrounded by a fenced garden. The environment is quiet. Pool and jacuzzi on a large terrace. Veranda can accommodate up to 20 people. Lounge with large flat screen TV (French channels plus 100 CNN, ESPN, TV Globo, ...). Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, ... A carport can accommodate two cars in the garden equipped with electric gate .

A master room with bed 2M X 2M (full king size bed), dressing room and bathroom with separate toilet. One bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom - WC, flat screen TV.
A room with two queen beds one in mezzanine. Bathroom with double sinks and large corner bath and WC. Flat screen TV.
One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom and toilet.
An upstairs bedroom of 60 m2 with two single beds. Balcony with magnificent views of sea and St. Barth.

'Buddha room', spacious, has a queen size bed (200X160 cm), a flat screen TV with 100 channels (sports, news, general, ESPN, CNN, Globo TV, ...). The room is air conditioned and has its own bathroom and WC. Large shower. neat decoration and comfort guaranteed. Breakfast included.
New York room has two queen size beds (200X160 cm). It has a staircase leading to a mezzanine where the second bed. Equipped with a flat screen TV with 100 channels (sports, news, general, ESPN, CNN, Globo TV, ...). The room is air conditioned and has a large bathroom with double sinks and toilets. Very large corner bath. Decoration and comfort guaranteed. Ideal for a family looking for a cheap rental. Breakfast included.

Bonjour, Nous revenons juste de notre séjour à Saint-Martin dans les antilles. La Villa Nonza est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous étions 10 adultes et chaque couple avait sa chambre. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné de bons conseils (sorties, loisirs,...). Mention spéciale au Calmos café à Grand-Case et au Palm beach à baie orientale. Le ménage est fait régulièrement et le propriétaire qui habite à côté s'est toujours montré disponible. La terrasse a été notre lieu de vie!! Nous avions un BB et nous avons diposé d'un lit enfant. La piscine est sécurisée ce qui était indipensable pour nous. La maison en elle-même est bien conçu puisqu'il y a 4 salle de bains et un grand salon où se retrouver. Je conseil cette location, d'autant plus que le pris m'a semblé bien en dessous des autres annonces lors de nos recherches. Bref que du bon!!!
