This third- and fourth-floor penthouse has knockout views of the beach and the ocean. Beautifully decorated in tones of blue to pull in the marine colors from outdoors, you will feel truly in the Mexican Caribbean.
There is a large living and dining area and the kitchen is very well equipped. The large terrace has a dining area under a palapa roof and a Jacuzzi off the living room. A guest room with two double beds and private bath, and a laundry room with half bath complete the first level.
Upstairs the huge master bedroom has two double beds and a big bath with windowed shower and spectacular views. The other beachfront guest room and bath has a king-size bed.
Villas del Mar condominium complex has private parking and a huge swimming pool, towering palms offer relaxation and shade. The Puerto Aventuras shopping area and restaurants are a few steps from the main unit entrance or back door.
Villas Del Mar Condominiums is a newer condominium complex in Puerto Aventuras. The condominium complex has several sections, one of villas and three (soon to be four) four-story, ocean view buildings.
Villas del Mar Condominiums is built a bit like a horseshoe. In each of the four-story buildings, the ground floor and first floors are one-level condominiums, and the second floor has bi-level duplexes like this penthouse condominium.
The condominium complex has a beautiful swimming pool and lush gardens. The pool is spectacular, but not intrusive. Villas Del Mar Condominiums also has a racquetball court and convenient parking.
The 33-room Omni Hotel is situated between nearby. The hotel has an Olympic-sized pool open to everyone, and a child-friendly atmosphere. Their restaurant, beach, bar, spa, dive shop, and beach bar service are available to condominium renters.
The existing condominium buildings are a combination of two- and three-bedroom condominiums and three-bedroom duplexes available for rent or for sale in Puerto Aventuras.
